    Comparison of the reduction of the superficial temperature of the skin of the elderly, using 3 cryotherapy modalities: ice bag, cryotherapy gel bag, ice bag wrapped in towel. 3 Ice, Gel and towel groups will be formed.
The sample will consist of 20 individuals. all individuals will receive the 3 therapeutic modalities, that is, they will be part of the Ice, Gel and Towel groups, the order of the procedures will be randomized. The minimum interval between each application will be 24 hours.     Comparação da redução da temperatura superficial da pele de idosos, utilizando 3 modalidades crioterapêuticas: saco de gelo, bolsa de gel crioterápico, bolsa de gelo envolto em toalha. serão formados 3 Grupos Gelo, Gel e toalha. 
A amostra será composta por 20 indivíduos.  todos os indivíduos receberão as 3 modalidades terapêuticas, ou seja, farão parte dos grupos Gelo, Gel e Toalha, a ordem dos procedimentos sera randomizada. O intervalo mínimo entre cada aplicação será 24h.     Participants with skin lesions on the lower limbs will be excluded from the sample; changes in sensitivities related to cold; peripheral cardiovascular or vascular disease; musculoskeletal or neurological pathological conditions; smokers; diabetics; use of anti-inflammatory medication at least 2 hours before collection.

                                                        To evaluate the skin surface temperature of elderly people submitted to different cryotherapeutic modalities, with or without a protective towel, using a digital thermometer to measure skin temperature.
