    This is a study in which healthy 90 individuals of both sexes participated, aged between 18 and 30 years old and motor preference in the upper limbs on the right. will be directed to one of the 2 study groups through a raffle called randomization, where they will be able to participate in the control group, which will only measure shoulder strength, or in the second group, where they will be asked, in addition to shoulder strength, a task of flexion of the index finger to measure the strength of the hand muscles the subjects will be allocated randomly into 2 groups according to the following protocols the Control Group (CG) will carry out the measurement of the baseline consisting of three maximum contractions of shoulder abduction sustained for 6 seconds with a 9-second rest between contractions, after 20 minutes the baseline protocol will be repeated, the Resistance Isometry Group (GIR) will perform the baseline measurement consisting of three maximum contractions of shoulder abduction sustained for 6 seconds with a rest of 9 seconds between contractions, after 20 minutes the irradiation protocol will be executed, where the subject will perform, together with the contraction of the abductor muscle, a resisted isometric contraction of flexion of the right index finger and left, the duration of time for carrying out the intervention will be 15 minutes

    Trata-se de um estudo onde participaram 90 indivíduos saudáveis de ambos os sexos, com a faixa etária entre 18 e 30 anos de idade e preferência motora nos membros superiores a direita, os participantes deveram preencher um questionário relacionado a preferência motora do braço após isso, seram direcionado para um dos 2 grupos de estudo por meio de um sorteio chamado randomização, onde poderá participar do grupo controle, que será realizada apenas a mensuração da força do ombro, ou no segundo grupo, onde será solicitado além da força do ombro uma tarefa de flexão de dedo indicador para mensurar a força dos músculos da mão os sujeitos serão alocados de forma aleatória em 2 grupos de acordo com os seguintes protocolos o Grupo controle (GC) será realizada a aferição da linha de base que consiste em três contrações máxima de abdução do ombro sustentadas por 6 segundos com um descanso de 9 segundos entre as contrações, após 20 minutos será repetido o protocolo de linha de base, o Grupo isometria resistida (GIR) será realizada a aferição da linha de base que consiste em três contrações máxima de abdução do ombro sustentadas por 6 segundos com um descanso de 9 segundos entre as contrações, após 20 minutos será executado o protocolo de irradiação, onde o sujeito vai realizar juntamente com a contração do músculo abdutor uma contração isométrica resistida de flexão do dedo indicar direito e esquerdo, a duração de tempo para a realização da intervenção será de 15 minutos
