  Single group of before and after type will be exposed to the use of Tum-Tum mobile app. At T0, the level of knowledge and self-care will be measured, the mobile application will be immediately installed on the participant's smartphone and guidance on the features will be offered. After a period of 60 days, the knowledge and self-care variables will be collected again at T1. The comparison will be made between T0 and T1.

  Grupo único do tipo antes e depois, serão expostos ao uso do aplicativo móvel Tum-Tum. No T0, serão mensurados o nível de conhecimento e autocuidado, imediatamente será instalado no smartphone do participante o aplicativo móvel e ofertada orientações sobre as funcionalidades, após um período de 60 dias serão novamente coletadas as variáveis conhecimento e autocuidado em T1. A comparação irá ser realizada entre T0 e T1.

• Inclusion criteria:

  Eligible individuals were those who met the following criteria: patients diagnosed with Heart Failure, aged 18 years or older; in follow-up, with a smartphone with Android operating system; taking medication; who had adequate health literacy, according to the Eighth-item Health Literacy Scale (19 points); and oriented in time and space. In order to evaluate the orientation of individuals, the following questions were asked: What is your name? How old are you? What day, month, year and location are we in? What city do you live in?

  Os indivíduos elegíveis foram aqueles que atenderam os seguintes critérios: pacientes com diagnósticos de Insuficiência Cardíaca, idade maior ou igual a 18 anos; em follow-up, com smartphone com sistema operacional Android; em uso de tratamento medicamentoso; que apresentaram literacia em saúde adequada, de acordo com Escala Eigth-item Health Literacy (19 pontos); e orientadas no tempo e espaço. Com vistas a avaliar a orientação dos indivíduos, foram realizados os seguintes questionamentos: Qual é o seu nome? Qual a sua idade? Qual é o dia, mês, ano e local em que estamos? Qual é a cidade onde você mora?

  individuals who, due to clinical decompensation, resulted in previous hospitalization in the last 30 days; who were listed on the heart transplant queue and individuals planning myocardial revascularization or interventional procedure such as Transcatheter aortic valve implantation
