  Training and technical support will be provided to professionals who assist people living with HIV / AIDS in 35 health services in three health regions of the State of São Paulo / Brazil with the objective of improving the use of the clinical monitoring system. The service professionals will participate in the following steps: 1- workshop project discussion and establishment of a schedule of visits in the services, 2 technical visits of training in the use of the SIMC in each one of the services, conducted by previously trained professional; 3- monitoring of the numbers of patients analyzed through the system reports, 4- response of the participating professionals to the NoMAD questionnaire to evaluate the implementation of health interventions before and after the project. The project will last twelve months.

  Será realizada capacitação e apoio técnico de profissionais que atendem pessoas vivendo com HIV/Aids em 35 serviços de saúde de três regiões de saúde do Estado de São Paulo/Brasil com o objetivo de melhorar o uso do sistema de monitoramento clínico. Os profissionais dos serviços participarão das seguintes etapas: 1- workshop regional de discussão do projeto e estabelecimento de cronograma de visitas nos serviços, 2- visitas técnicas de capacitação no uso do SIMC em cada um dos serviços, conduzidas por profissional previamente capacitado; 3- monitoramento dos números de pacientes analisados por meio dos relatórios do próprio sistema, 4- resposta dos profissionais participantes ao questionário NoMAD de avaliação da implementação de intervenções em saúde antes e depois do projeto. O projeto terá duração de doze meses.
