    The interventions performed in this study are described in the following experimental group:

controle:  Coronally  advanced  flap  (CAF)  associated  with  subepithelial  tissue  graft  and  

test:  CAF  associated  with  xenograft  matrix  collage.  

CAF: A surgery with  modified  design  of  the  envelope  flap will  be  performed in 30 patients,  that  will  connect  a  interdental  area  to  the  resection  defect,  finishing  with  a  intrasucular  incision.  The  envelope  flap  will  be  raised  with  a  full-slipt-full  approach  in  the  coronal-apical  direction.  Oblique  interdental  incision  will  be  carried  out  keeping  the  blade  parallel  to  the  long  axis  of  the  teeth  in  order  to  dissect  in  a  split-thickness  manner  the  surgical  papilla. A  sharp  dissection  into  vestibular  lining  mucosa  will  be  carried  if  needed  to  eliminate  the  muscle  tension.  The  flap  must  to  be  able  to  passively  reach  a  level  coronal  to  the  CEJ  at  each  single  tooth  in  surgical  site, according to the technique of Zuchelli and Sanctis (2000) 


Subepithelial connective tissue graft: The area of ??choice for removal of the connective tissue will be the palate of the research participant, which is a standard procedure within the root coverage procedures. The technique that will be used will be the double-blade technique described by Harris 1992.

3D collagen matrix: The matrix will be cut to achieve the proper shape and size to cover the entire root surface and surrounding bone. It will be hydrated in saline solution for 10 minutes according to the manufacturer's instructions.

    As intervenções realizadas nesse estudo estão descritas no seguinte grupo experimentais:
  
-Controle: Retalho de avance coronário (RAC) associado ao enxerto de tecido subepitelial e 

-Teste: RAC associado a matriz de colágeno xenoenxerto. 

RAC: Será realizado em 30 pacientes uma cirúrgia com desenho modificado do retalho de envelope, que conectará uma área interdental ao defeito de ressecção, terminando com uma incisão intrasucular. O retalho do envelope será levantado com uma abordagem parcial-total-parcial na direção coronal-apical. A incisão interdental oblíqua será realizada mantendo a lâmina paralela ao longo eixos dos dentes, a fim de dissecar de uma maneira de espessura dividida a papila cirúrgica. Na porção apical á junção muco gengival será realizada se for necessário um retalho de espessura parcial para a eliminação de tensões musculares. O retalho deve ser capaz de atingir passivamente um nível coronal ao JCE em cada único dente no local cirúrgico segundo a técnica de  Zuchelli e Sanctis (2000). 

Enxerto de tecido conjuntivo subepitelial: A área de eleição para remoção do tecido conjuntivo será o palato do participante da pesquisa, sendo este um procedimento padrão dentro dos procedimentos de recobrimento radicular. A técnica que será utilizada será a de lâmina dupla descrita por Harris 1992.
 
Matriz colágena 3D: A matriz será cortada para atingir a forma e o tamanho adequados para cobrir toda a superfície radicular e osso circundante. A mesma será hidratada em soro fisiológico por 10 minutos conforme normas do fabricante.

                                                    There are no differences between the groups for visible plaque, depth of probing, relative clinical attachment level, bleeding on probing, keratinized tissue width, recess width and dentin hypersensitivity, verified by means of periodontal examination, in the evaluation of one year post treatment .

Não tiver diferenças entre os grupos para placa visível, profundidade de sondagem, nível de inserção clínica relativa, sangramento à sondagem, largura do tecido queratinizado, largura da recessão e hipersensibilidade dentinaria , verificado por meio de exame periodontal, na avaliação de um ano pós tratamento.
