  Participants will be randomly distributed into three groups: Sela Equine Therapy Group (GES): Comprised of 10 participants who will perform a session with a saddle mount and stirrup for 30 minutes. Group Equoterapia Manta (GEM): Comprised of 10 participants who will perform a session with blanket mount without stirrup for 30 min. Control Group (CG): Composed of 10 participants who will walk beside the horse for 30 minutes. The GES, GEM and GC data collection will take place during 4 phases of the session. In these phases, the neuromuscular activation of the trunk muscles will be recorded: Iliocostal; Very long; Multifidos and Trapézio Superior. PHASE 1 Before the start of the session PHASE 2 At the tenth minute of the session PHASE 3 At the twentieth minute of the session PHASE 4 At the end of the session At each stage the participant will descend from the horse and will be in the initial position standing with the spine erect, with knees in extension (distance between the feet should be the width of the shoulder keeping them in that position during the exercise). A 50 cm high EVA roll, 10 cm away, will be placed in front of the participants. The participant will pick up this roll by performing a lumbar spine flexion (moment 1), return to the initial position (moment 2), flex again to place the roll on the floor (moment 3) and return to the initial position (moment 4). Featuring the sum of these moments as a cycle of 8 seconds (2 seconds for each moment).

  OS participantes serão distribuídos de forma randomizada em três grupos: Grupo Equoterapia Sela (GES): Composto de 10 participantes que realizarão uma sessão com montaria de sela e estribo durante 30 minutos. Grupo Equoterapia Manta (GEM): Composto de 10 participantes que realizarão uma sessão com montaria de manta sem estribo durante 30 min. Grupo Controle (GC): Composto de 10 participantes que realizarão caminhada ao lado do equino durante 30 minutos. A coleta de dados dos grupos GES, GEM e GC acontecerá durante 4 fases da sessão. Nestas fases será registrado a ativação neuromuscular dos músculos do tronco: Iliocostal; Longúíssimo; Multifidos e Trapézio Superior. FASE 1 Antes do início da sessão FASE 2 No décimo minuto da sessão FASE 3 No vigésimo minuto da sessão FASE 4 No final da sessão Em cada fase o participante descerá do equino e ficará na posição inicial em pé, com a coluna vertebral ereta, com os joelhos em extensão (distância entre os pés deverá ser a largura do ombro mantendo eles nessa posição ao decorrer do exercício). Será posicionada à frente dos participantes um rolo de EVA com 50 cm de altura, a 10 cm de distância. O participante pegará esse rolo realizando uma flexão de coluna lombar (momento 1), voltará à posição inicial (momento 2), flexionará novamente para colocar o rolo no chão (momento 3) e voltará à posição inicial (momento 4). Caracterizando a soma desses momentos como um ciclo de 8 segundos (2 segundos para cada momento).

  The GES and GEM and GC groups are expected to show increasing electromyography of all muscles involved during the phases of the equine therapy session. And that the GES has greater activation with at least 5% of significant difference between the analyzed electromyographic signals
