    In the longitudinal clinical study in vivo, 11 patients will be selected who present a non-carious cervical lesion with restorative need. Prior to the treatment, there will be periodontal evaluation, collection of saliva for 5 minutes and gingival crevicular fluid at the site where the restorations and homologous tooth (controls) will be performed. The lesions will be restored with the resin restorative system and after 24 h, 1 month, 6 and 12 months there will be clinical evaluation of the restorations and the periodontal response according to the FDI criterion. In these follow-up times, the gingival crevicular fluid will be collected for 30 seconds and saliva will be collected for 5 minutes

    No estudo clínico longitudinal in vivo, serão selecionados 11 pacientes que apresentem uma lesão cervical não cariosa com necessidade restauradora. Previamente ao tratamento, haverá avaliação periodontal, coleta de saliva por 5 minutos e de fluido crevicular gengival no local onde serão executadas as restaurações e dente homólogo (controles). As lesões serão restauradas com o sistema restaurador resinoso e, após 24 h, 1 mês, 6 e 12 meses haverá avaliação clínica das restaurações e da resposta periodontal de acordo com o critérios FDI(critérios reconhecidos mundialmente que avaliam a qualidade das restaurações).
