This is a retrospective observational study based on data collected from the medical records of patients residing in the Joinville, Santa Catarina region who underwent Arcsys® implant placement (FGM Dental Group) between 2016 and 2025 at the participating research centers. For individuals who meet the selection criteria, data will be collected regarding the type of implant used, the need for bone regeneration, the type of prosthesis, and the occurrence of complications such as component loosening, cement detachment, screw loosening, screw fracture, abutment fracture, metal framework fracture, component fracture, and implant loss

Trata-se de ume estudo observacional retrospectivo baseado na coleta de dados de prontuários de pacientes que residem na região de Joinville/SC e realizaram instalação de implantes Arcsys® (FGM Dental Group) entre 2016 e 2025 nos Centros de Pesquisa participantes. Aos indivíduos que se enquadrarem nos critérios de seleção, serão coletados dados acerca do tipo de implante utilizado, da necessidade de regeneração óssea, do tipo de prótese e da ocorrência de complicações como soltura de componente, decimentação, afrouxamento de parafuso, fratura de parafuso, fratura de revestimento, fratura de estrutura metálica, fratura de componente e perda de implante

Adults (>17 years of age); both sexes; who had one or more Arcsys® (FGM) implants placed between 2016 and 2025; whose medical records (paper or electronic) contain the following information: medical history; initial imaging study; traceability label for the implant(s); date of implant placement; date of prosthesis placement; follow-up dates after implant and prosthesis placement; and any complications (if any)

At the conclusion of the study, we expect to determine the survival rate of implants placed between 2016 and 2025 at the participating centers, defined as the presence of the implant in clinical use, without the need for removal, replacement, or loss, at the end of the follow-up period
