  This is a randomized, triple-blind clinical trial conducted at a public reference maternity hospital in São Paulo, aiming to evaluate the effect of low-level LED (Light Emitting Diode) photobiomodulation on the healing of perineal trauma in postpartum women after vaginal delivery. The target population includes first-time mothers with first- or second-degree perineal tears, who meet the inclusion criteria and agree to participate by signing the Informed Consent Form. Randomization will be done in blocks using the website Sealed Develop, and the sample will be allocated into groups A and B. Group A - intervention: 60 participants who will receive the LED intervention with active red Light Emitting Diode; Group B - control: 60 participants designated as the control group with the application of LED without activation, with application sessions lasting 10 to 20 minutes, starting within the first hour after delivery and repeated every 12 hours, totaling five sessions in 48 hours. The Vulvallux® plates will be pre-identified and calibrated by the manufacturer to ensure blinding and reliability of the intervention. Data collection will include the application of the perineal healing scale (REEDA), satisfaction scale, and numeric pain assessment (Numeric Pain Scale - End), as well as other standardized clinical measures. Throughout the process, specific materials will be used to ensure safety and hygiene, following institutional protocols

  Trata-se de um ensaio clínico randomizado com triplo cegamento, conduzido em uma maternidade pública de referência em São Paulo, com o objetivo de avaliar o efeito da fotobiomodulação por LED (Diodo Emissor de Luz) de baixa intensidade na cicatrização do trauma perineal em puérperas após parto vaginal. A população alvo inclui primíparas com laceração perineal de primeiro ou segundo grau, que atendam aos critérios de inclusão e aceitem participar mediante assinatura do Termo de Consentimento Livre e Esclarecido. Será realizada a randomização por blocos por meio do site sealed develop e a amostra será alocada nos grupos A e B. Grupo A - intervenção: com 60 participantes que receberão a intervenção com LED - Diodo Emissor de Luz vermelha ativa; Grupo B - controle: com 60 participantes denominado controle com a aplicação de LED - Diodo Emissor de Luz sem ativação, com sessões de aplicação com duração de 10 a 20 minutos, iniciadas na primeira hora pós-parto e repetidas a cada 12 horas, totalizando cinco sessões em 48 horas. As placas Vulvallux® serão previamente identificadas e calibradas pelo fabricante para garantir o cegamento e a confiabilidade da intervenção. A coleta de dados incluirá a aplicação da escala de cicatrização perineal (REEDA), escala de satisfação e avaliação numérica de dor (escala numérica de Dor - End) e outras medidas clínicas padronizadas.
