  Control group - (n = 10) - The control group will receive an informative lecture on the pathology and guidelines for performing exercises. Ryodoraku Acupuncture Experimental Group (GEAR) - (n = 10) - The GEAR group will receive Laseracupuncture at points evaluated by the Ryodoraku system, in which the system itself generates points for treatment. First, asepsis will be done with 70% alcohol at the points of application. Laser acupuncture will be applied to the points determined by the device. The Laser pen will be infrared with a wavelength of 808 nm, pulsed frequency E (36.5), optical power 120MW and with a dose of 3 Joules at the toning points and 5 joules at the sedation points. The treatment will be performed twice a week, for three weeks, lasting 20 minutes each visit. Experimental Group - Electroacupuncture (GEEA) - (n = 10) - First, asepsis of the ear and systemic points will be performed with 70% alcohol. Needles are disposable and individual. The type of acupuncture used will be French, the treatment points will be: - Systemic: E36 and B60. The application will be bilaterally with electrical stimulus power of 10 mA, mixed stimulus 2 and 100 Hz, with active time 3 sec and disabled time 3 sec, with pulse width 200 µs, non-polarized pulse form, for 20 minutes. The needle will be inserted with a depth of 3 mm, the stainless steel needle will be 25X30 mm in size, diameter 0.2 mm. Following safety and hygiene standards NR32. - Auricular: Shenmen, Kidney, Sympathetic, liver, lung (NADA protocol according to Pirnia et al., 2018), spleen, pancreas, ACTH (Neves, 2009). The application in the acupoint will be unilateral, the stimulus will be through the NKL® device new model EL 608 with electric current 10mA power, intermittent stimulus, with pulse width 50 µs and frequency A (2.28 Hz), B (4.56 Hz) and C (9.12 Hz) with a time of 10 seconds at each point. The needle will be inserted with a depth of 3 mm, the stainless steel needle will be 0.18X8 mm in size, diameter 0.2 mm. The number of visits will be six, twice a week. Experimental Group - Laser acupuncture (GELA) - (n = 10) GELA will use the Laser Acupuncture equipment Ecoo Fibras® - Dual laser pen in the same points mentioned above, however it will be applied in the systemic points E36 (ST36) and B60 (BL60) with the infrared Laser pen having a wavelength of 808 nm, pulsed frequency E (36.5), optical power 120MW and with a dose of 4 Joules. In the auricular points, the red Laser Pen with wavelength 660 nm, pulsed frequency A (2.28 Hz), B (4.56 Hz) and C (9.12 Hz), optical power 100MW and with a dose of 4 Joules will be used . The time for each frequency is determined by the device. The number of visits will be six, twice a week.

  Grupo controle - (n=10) - O grupo controle receberá palestra informativa sobre a patologia e orientações para realizações de exercícios. Grupo Experimental Acupuntura Ryodoraku (GEAR) - (n=10)- O grupo GEAR receberá Laseracupuntura nos pontos avaliados pelo sistema Ryodoraku, no qual o próprio sistema gera os pontos para o tratamento. Primeiramente será feito assepsia com álcool 70% nos pontos de aplicação. Será aplicado laseracupuntura nos pontos determinado pelo aparelho. A caneta Laser será infravermelho tendo o comprimento de onda 808 nm, pulsado frequência E (36,5), potência ótica 120MW e com dose de 3 Joules nos pontos de tonificação e 5 joules nos pontos de sedação. O tratamento será realizado duas vezes por semana, durante três semanas, com duração de 20 minutos cada atendimento. Grupo Experimental – Eletroacupuntura (GEEA)- (n=10)- Primeiramente será feita assepsia da orelha e dos pontos sistêmicos com álcool 70%. As agulhas são descartáveis e individuais. O tipo de acupuntura utilizada será a francesa, os pontos de tratamento serão: - Sistêmica: E36 e B60. A aplicação será bilateralmente com estímulo elétrico potência de 10 mA, estímulo misto 2 e 100 Hz, com tempo ativo 3 seg e tempo desativado 3 seg, com largura de pulso 200 µs, forma de pulso não polarizado, por 20 minutos. A inserção da agulha será com um profundidade de 3 mm, a agulha de aço inox apresentará 25X30 mm de tamanho, diâmetro de 0,2 mm. Seguindo as normas de segurança e higiene NR32. - Auricular: Shenmen, Rim, Simpático, fígado, pulmão (Protocolo do NADA de acordo com Pirnia et al., 2018), baço, pâncreas, ACTH (Neves, 2009). A aplicação no acuponto será unilateral, o estímulo será através do aparelho NKL® modelo novo EL 608 com corrente elétrica potência de 10mA, estímulo intermitente, com largura de pulso 50 µs e frequência A (2,28 Hz), B (4,56 Hz) e C (9,12 Hz) com tempo de 10 segundos em cada ponto. A inserção da agulha será com um profundidade de 3 mm, a agulha de aço inox apresentará 0,18X8 mm de tamanho, diâmetro de 0,2 mm. O número de atendimentos será seis, duas vezes por semana. Grupo Experimental – Laser acupuntura (GELA)- (n=10) O GELA utilizará o equipamento de Laser Acupunture Ecoo Fibras® - Laser caneta dual nos mesmo pontos acima citados, entretanto será aplicado nos pontos sistêmicos E36 (ST36) e B60 (BL60) com a caneta Laser infravermelho tendo o comprimento de onda 808 nm, pulsado frequência E (36,5), potência ótica 120MW e com dose de 4 Joules. Nos pontos auriculares será utilizado a Caneta Laser vermelho com comprimento de onda 660 nm, pulsado frequência A (2,28Hz), B (4,56 Hz) e C (9,12 Hz), potência ótica 100MW e com dose de 4 Joules. O tempo de cada frequência é determinado pelo aparelho. O número de atendimentos será seis, duas vezes por semana.

  Individuals with needle phobia; with hemorrhagic diatheses; pregnant or lactating women; individuals who are being treated with massage or acupuncture in the last two weeks before the intervention; or anesthetic drugs, analgesics, muscle relaxants or anti-inflammatory drugs in the last two days before the intervention; who have other associated pathologies and people with metallic implants; Tattoo; birthmarks; alteration of pigmentation at the site of the application of acupuncture points; I inserted olive oil with a lot of intensity
