    Group 1 - Condylar Decompression: 30 subjects will be included. Therapist cups the base of the occiput in his hands with straight fingers, flexed on the hand to support the atlas. Weight of patient’s head and neck rests on fingertips. This gentle anterior pressure on the atlas allows the occiput to float back in relation to the atlas. Hold until occipital freedom is felt, for 5 minutes.
Group 2- Fourth Ventricle Compression: 30 subjects will be included. The physiotherapist, situated behind the participant’s head, made a slight approximation of the occipital squama lateral
angles towards the posterior occipital convexity, while taking the cranium into extension, for 5 minutes.
Group 3 - muscle energy technique: 30 subjects will be included. Patient will be instructed to perform the extension movement of the upper cervical, light and sustained for 3 seconds aginst manual resistance therapist; after that, increase the degree of cervical flexion just above. This procedure is repeated three times, increasing the angle with each contraction and held for 30 seconds after three repetitions. Three maneuvers will be carried out.
Placebo: therapist  will lay hands on the occiput, without pressure, for 5 minutes.
In all groups, participants will receive technique which were drawn from were randomly once.

    Grupo Intervenção 1 - Descompressão da articulação atlanto-occipital: 30 indivíduos serão incluídos. Neste grupo, o terapeuta girará a cabeça do paciente a 45º, apoiando o indicador na sutura occipito-mastóidea, e o dedo médio na parte occipital da sutura. Com a outra mão, o músculo temporal será sustentado, empurrando a cabeça numa diagonal para abaixo, e os dedos farão uma abertura do forame, afastando-se uns dos outros. Este procedimento será realizado bilateralmente, por 5 minutos;
Grupo Intervenção 2 - Descompressão do quarto ventrículo: 30 indivíduos serão incluídos. Neste grupo, as mãos do terapeuta serão colocadas abaixo da região occipital, uma sobre a outra, fazendo uma aproximação dos ângulos laterais do occipital, aumentando-se a convexidade, com uma tensão aplicada no sentido em extensão da cabeça, sendo mantida durante os 5 minutos da terapia;
Grupo Intervenção 3 - alongamento contrair-relaxar: 30 indivíduos serão incluídos. Neste grupo,o paciente será instruído a realizar o movimento de extensão da cervical superior, de forma leve e sustentada por 3 segundos contra a resistência manual do terapeuta, que, após isso, aumentará o grau de flexão cervical apenas superior. Este procedimento se repetirá por três vezes, aumentando-se a angulação a cada contração, sendo mantido por 30 segundos após as três repetições. Serão realizadas três manobras;
Grupo placebo: 30 indivíduos serão incluídos. Neste grupo,terapeuta colocará apenas as mãos na região cervical, abaiso dos côndilos occipitais, por 5 minutos.
Em todos os grupos, os participantes receberão a técnica a qual foram sorteados de foram randômica uma única vez.
