  This is a non-randomized, uncontrolled, open-label, parallel, 4-arm clinical study. The total sample of 56 participants, in the experimental groups: Group 1: 14 healthy individuals will receive a regular filtered coffee-based drink (with added ingredients: sugar and/or milk and/or milk+sugar) with French bread and 5g of margarine; Group 2: 14 healthy individuals will receive a decaffeinated filtered coffee-based drink (with added ingredients: sugar and/or milk and/or milk+sugar) with French bread and 5g of margarine; Group 3: 14 healthy individuals will receive a regular capsule coffee-based drink (with added ingredients: sugar and/or milk and/or milk+sugar) with French bread and 5g of margarine; Group 4: 14 healthy individuals will receive a decaffeinated capsule coffee drink (with added ingredients: sugar and/or milk and/or milk+sugar) with French bread and 5g of margarine. The test and control meals were offered in a randomized manner, over a period of 14 days. The meals were consumed with patients fasting.

  Trata-se de um estudo clínico não randomizado, não controlado, mascaramento aberto, paralelo e de 4 braços. A amostra total de 56 participantes, sendo os grupos experimentais: Grupo 1: 14 indivíduos saudáveis receberão bebida à base de café filtrado regular (com adição de ingredientes: açúcar e/ou leite e/ou leite+açúcar) com pão francês e 5g de margarina; Grupo 2: 14 indivíduos saudáveis receberão bebida à base de café filtrado descafeinado (com adição de ingredientes: açúcar e/ou leite e/ou leite+açúcar) com pão francês e 5g de margarina; Grupo 3: 14 indivíduos saudáveis receberão bebida à base de café cápsula regular (com adição de ingredientes: açúcar e/ou leite e/ou leite+açúcar) com pão francês e 5g de margarina; Grupo 4: 14 indivíduos saudáveis receberão bebida à base de café cápsula descafeinado (com adição de ingredientes: açúcar e/ou leite e/ou leite+açúcar) com pão francês e 5g de margarina. As refeições-teste e controle foram oferecidas de forma aleatorizada, em um período de 14 dias. As refeições foram consumidas com pacientes em jejum.
