Interventions

  Anxiety will be assessed in all 170 women, before and after the exam, and will be assessed using the Beck Anxiety Index. The pain of 170 women will be evaluated using the visual analogue pain scale after the introduction of the speculum, after clamping the cervix, after the introduction of the optical device and after performing a biopsy. The total time of the examination of 170 women will be evaluated, using a digital stopwatch. The heart rate of 170 women will be evaluated, before, during and after the performance of hysteroscopy; after insertion of the speculum, after clamping the neck, after insertion of the telescope and after performing a biopsy. The respiratory rate of 170 women will be evaluated, before, during and after the performance of hysteroscopy; after insertion of the speculum, after clamping the neck, after insertion of the telescope and after performing a biopsy. The blood pressure of 170 women will be evaluated, the verification will take place in the waiting room before, during and after the performance of the hysteroscopy. It will be evaluated after the introduction of the speculum, after clamping the neck, after the introduction of the optical and after the biopsy.

Será avaliado a dor das 170 mulheres através da escala visual analógica de dor após a introdução do espéculo, após pinçamento do colo, após introdução da ótica e após a realização de biopsia. Será avaliado o tempo total do exame das 170 mulhees, sendo utilizado um cronômetro digital. Será avaliada a frequência cardíaca das 170 mulheres, antes, durante e após a realização da histeroscopia; após a introdução do especulo, após pinçamento do colo, após introdução da ótica e após a realização de biopsia. Será avaliada a frequência respiratória das 170 mulheres, antes, durante e após a realização da histeroscopia; após a introdução do especulo, após pinçamento do colo, após introdução da ótica e após a realização de biopsia. Será avaliada a pressão arterial das 170 mulheres, ocorrerá a verificação na sala de espera antes, durante e após a realização da histeroscopia. • Exclusion criteria:

  Women with lower genital tract infection; Women who have never had sex, with uterine malformation, with mental disabilities or who have undergone pelvic radiotherapy; Women who had metrorrhagia during the exam; Women who use medications to treat emotional lability with antidepressants, anxiolytics and others and women who use psychoactive substances such as illicit drugs (marijuana, cocaine, crack and others); Women with cognitive impairment that makes it impossible to understand the instruments; Women who have psychiatric disorders such as mood disorders, such as depression or bipolar disorder, or generalized anxiety disorder.

  Mulheres com infecção do trato genital inferior; Mulheres que nunca tiveram relações sexuais, com malformação uterina, com deficiências mentais ou submetidas à radioterapia pélvica; Mulheres que apresentaram metrorragia durante o exame; Mulheres que façam uso de medicações para tratamento de labilidade emocional com antidepressivos, ansiolíticos entre outras e mulheres que façam uso de substâncias psicoativas como drogas ilícitas (maconha, cocaína, crack e outras); Mulheres que apresentem deficiência cognitiva que impossibilite a compreensão dos instrumentos; Mulheres que apresentem distúrbios psiquiátricos como transtornos do humor, tais como depressão ou transtorno bipolar, ou transtorno de ansiedade generalizada.

• Primary outcomes:

  Assess whether the host is able to reduce the woman's anxiety when performing the hysteroscopy exam, and in this way women will probably have even discomfort related to pain during the exam. With the reception of the nurse, it is expected that the woman will have an improvement in relation to pain and anxiety.

  Avaliar se o acolhimento é capaz de diminuir a ansiedade da mulher ao realizar o exame de histeroscopia, sendo que dessa forma as mulheres provavelmente terão mesmo desconforto relacionado a dor durante o exame. Com o acolhimento do enfermeiro, espera-se que a mulher tenha uma melhora em relação à dor e a ansiedade.
