  The scanned images of the company ITero will be compared, the results of treatment of two groups of adult patients, of both sexes, who started and finished orthodontic treatment, with the system of the company Invisalign, in the G5 or G8 protocols in a private clinic in the city of Belo Horizonte, MG. The G8 treatment protocol replaced the G5 treatment protocol, with the objective of allowing a greater expansion of the arches, without inclination of the teeth, only with the body movement and placement of the 'Bite Ramps' which are devices added to the upper aligner to facilitate the correction of the deep bite greater than 3mm. The selection of the scanned images of the patients will be performed through the analysis of their digital archive made available by the clinic. The two groups will be divided as follows: Group 1 (G1): 6 individuals who started and completed orthodontic treatment with the Invisalign G5 protocol. Group 2 (G2): 6 individuals who initiated and completed orthodontic treatment with the Invisalign G8 protocol. Images of the intraoral scan of the teeth generated during treatment will be overlapnin two moments; T0 corresponding to the initial moment , T1 corresponding to the image of the scan after completion of treatment.

  Serão comparados as imagens digitalizadas com escaner da empresa ITero, dos resultados de tratamento de dois grupos de pacientes adultos, de ambos os sexos, que iniciaram e finalizaram tratamento ortodôntico, com o sistema da empresa Invisalign,nos protocolos G5 ou G8 em uma clínica privada na cidade de Belo Horizonte, MG. O protocolo de tratamento G8, substituiu o protocolo G5 de tratamento, com o objetivo de permitir uma maior expansão dos arcos, sem inclinação dos dentes, apenas com o movimento de corpo e a colocação dos "Bite Ramps' que são dispositivos adicionados no alinhador superior para facilitar a correção da mordida profunda maior que 3mm. A seleção das imagens digitalizadas dos pacientes serão realizadas através da análise do arquivo digital dos mesmos disponibilizado pela clínica. Os dois grupos serão divididos da seguinte forma: Grupo 1 (G1): 6 indivíduos que iniciaram e concluiram tratamento ortodôntico com o protocolo G5 da Invisalign. Grupo 2 (G2): 6 indivíduos que iniciaram e concluiram tratamento ortodôntico com o protocolo G8 da Invisalign. Imagens do escaneamento intrabucal dos dentes geradas durante o tratamento serão sobrepostas em dois momentos ; T0 correspondente ao momento inicial , T1 correspondente a imagem do escaneamento após conclusão do tratamento.

  Healthy volunteers; of both genders; aged between 18 and 45 years; patients with poor dental position type Class I; with all permanent teeth in the mouth; without caries; or gum problems; who were treated without tooth extraction; employees; treated exclusively with the orthodontic aligner manufactured by invisaligncom®the G8 protocols; and prior to g8; during the years 2019 to 2022

• Primary outcomes:

  Expected outcome is to observe greater accuracy of orthodontic movements performed through the orthodontic aligner of the company Invisalign® with the G8 protocol, it is more accurate that the orthodontic movements of patients treated with the aligner of the same company, but with the G5 protocol. The linear and angular measurements of the overlaps of the initial and final digital models obtained by the software in patients in group G8 should be closer to the actual result than the same measurements obtained by patients treated with the G5 protocol.

  Desfecho esperado é observar maior acurácia dos movimentos ortodônticos realizados através do alinhador ortodôntico da empresa Invisalign® com o protocolo G8, seja mais preciso que os movimentos ortodônticos dos pacientes tratados com o alinhador da mesma empresa, mas com o protocolo G5. As medidas lineares e angulares das sobreposições dos modelos digitais inicial e final, obtidas pelo software nos pacientes do grupo G8 devem ser mais próximas do resultado real do que as mesmas medidas obtidas pelos pacientes tratados com o protocolo G5.
