  The individuals will be divided into three groups, and group 1 will consist of 30 participants and will receive 10 sessions of auricular acupuncture with laser, once a week lasting 4 minutes per attendance. The DCM ®-branded 808 nm (Therapy EC) Infrared low-power laser will be used. This equipment has a useful output power of 100mw. A dosage of 4j per stimulated point will be used. As for the time of application per point, the equipment automatically calculates according to the dosage used. The following ear points will be stimulated: Shemen, Rim, sympathetic, bladder, liver, subcortex, cervical, thoracic and/or lumbar vertebrae depending on the place of pain (Wfas, 2013). The volunteer will be instructed to remain in dorsal decubitus during the intervention and, firstly, will be performed the asepsis of the Auricular Pavilion with alcohol 70%. For the location of the headset points will be used a locator of ACU-Treat points, Brand Dongbang, in order to ensure greater accuracy. In addition, it will be necessary to use the goggles, both by the patient and the professional involved in the procedure. The application of the laser will be alternated in the ear pavilions between the sessions. Group 2 will consist of 30 participants and will receive 5 sessions of auricular acupuncture with laser associated to systemic cupping, twice a week, lasting 15 minutes each service. The dry and fine application of plastic suction cups will be made of 4.5; 3 or 2.3 cm diameter (Dongbang) in systemic acupuncture points: F8, VB21, VB30, in addition to specific points in the cervical region (B10 and B11), thoracic (B12, B17 and B21) and lumbar (B23, B24 and B25) according to the site of the volunteer's pain. The points were chosen based on their analgesic effects already described in the literature. The volunteer will be instructed to remain in ventral decubitus for asepsis of the application site of the suction cups with 70% alcohol. A manual suction pump capable of elevating the skin in 1.6 cm (medium suction) will be used. The suction cups will remain for 10 minutes at each point bilaterally. During the application, patients will be questioned about the sensation and the emergence of any discomfort. Group 3, control, will not receive any intervention until the completion of data collection and be evaluated at the same moments of the experimental group, being collected the same variables. After the completion of the collection will be offered to these participants the treatment with acupuncture with laser.

  Os indivíduos serão divididos em três grupos, sendo que o grupo 1 será composto por 30 participantes e receberá 10 sessões de acupuntura auricular com laser, uma vez na semana com duração de 4 minutos por atendimento. Será utilizado o laser de baixa potência infravermelho de 808 nm (Therapy EC) da marca DCM®. Este equipamento possui potência útil de emissão de 100mW. Será utilizada uma dosagem de 4J por ponto estimulado. Quanto ao tempo de aplicação por ponto, o equipamento calcula automaticamente de acordo com a dosagem utilizada. Serão estimulados os seguintes pontos auriculares: Shemen, Rim, Simpático, bexiga, fígado, subcórtex, vértebras cervical, torácica e/ou lombar dependendo do local da dor (WFAS, 2013). O voluntário será orientado a permanecer em decúbito dorsal durante a intervenção e, primeiramente será realizada a assepsia do pavilhão auricular com álcool 70% . Para a localização dos pontos auriculares será utilizado um localizador de pontos Acu-Treat, marca DongBang, a fim de se garantir uma maior precisão. Além disso, será necessário o uso dos óculos de proteção, tanto pelo paciente como pelo profissional envolvido no procedimento. A aplicação do laser será de forma alternada nos pavilhões auriculares entre as sessões. Já o grupo 2 será composto por 30 participantes e receberá 5 sessões de acupuntura auricular com laser associadas à ventosaterapia sistêmica, duas vezes na semana, com duração de 15 minutos cada atendimento. Será feita a aplicação seca e fina de ventosas de plástico de 4,5; 3 ou 2,3 cm de diâmetro (DongBang) em pontos de acupuntura sistêmica, sendo eles: F8, VB21, VB30, além de pontos específicos na região cervical (B10 e B11), torácica (B12, B17 e B21) e lombar (B23, B24 e B25) de acordo com o local da dor do voluntário. Os pontos foram escolhidos com base em seus efeitos analgésicos já descritos na literatura. O voluntário será orientado a permanecer em decúbito ventral para assepsia do local de aplicação das ventosas com álcool 70%. Será utilizada uma bomba de sucção manual capaz de elevar a pele em 1,6 cm (sucção média). As ventosas irão permanecer por 10 minutos em cada um dos pontos, bilateralmente. Durante a aplicação os pacientes serão questionados sobre a sensação e sobre o surgimento de qualquer desconforto. O grupo 3, controle, não receberá nenhuma intervenção até a finalização da coleta de dados e será avaliado nos mesmos momentos do grupo experimental, sendo coletadas as mesmas variáveis. Após a finalização da coleta será oferecido a estes participantes o tratamento com acupuntura com laser.
