  Acupuncture Group: Minimum of 7 women diagnosed with breast cancer during anthracyclic, adjuvant or neoadjuvant chemotherapy, will do weekly, minimum of 8 and maximum of 10 acupuncture sessions at pre-established points: VG14 located between the spinous processes of the seventh cervical vertebra and from the first thoracic vertebra, VC6 located in the pelvic region, anterior midline, one and a half inches below the umbilical scar, E36 located on the anterolateral surface of the leg, three inches below the patella between the anterior tibialis and common finger extensor muscles. , BP6 located on the medial surface of the leg, three inches above the medial prominence, in the palpable depression of the medial tibial margin, R3 located in the medial aspect of the foot, posterior to the medial malleolus, in the depression between the most prominent point of the malleolus and the calcaneal tendon and GB39 located three inches above the highest point of the external malleolus between the fibula and the long and short fibular tendons, ten acupuncture needles will be used, total 0.25mm x 0.30mm, HanSol brand, the procedure will start with asepsis, with cotton soaked in alcohol 70%, in the region of the acupoints and then the application of the systemic needles, ten needles will be used altogether, eight at bilateral points and two at unilateral points, will be placed in cranio-caudal order, in the head region, below and in the umbilical line and in the legs. points were planned outside the surgical site and upper limbs, the patients will be in a comfortable position, supine or lateral for 30 minutes. The depth that the needles will be applied will be determined according to the place of application and the sensation referred by the volunteer, respecting the physical constitution of each one. The expected sensation is described by TCM as “Te Qi”, a set of specific sensations such as heat, cold, burning, tingling, weight and / or shock, at the acupuncture point or its path, this indicates correct application of the needle and reach the required depth, as well as greater treatment effectiveness, especially points E36 and BP6. For the acupuncturist, the depth and correct location of the stitch manifests as a "pinch" or needle feel "stuck" to the stitch. The volunteer will also answer the FACT-N quality of life questionnaire that assesses various aspects of the life of those undergoing treatment that may trigger a neutropenia, the photographic recording of the tongue will be made and the results of the leukogram observed before. and during chemotherapy. Control group: A minimum of 7 women diagnosed with breast cancer during anthracyclic, adjuvant or neoadjuvant chemotherapy will not receive therapeutic intervention. Upon accepting the research and being randomized to this group, the volunteer will answer the FACT quality of life questionnaire. -N who evaluates various aspects of the life of those undergoing treatment that can trigger a picture of neutropenia, make the photographic record of the tongue and the results of the leukogram will be observed.

  Grupo Acupuntura:mínimo de 7 mulheres diagnosticadas com câncer de mama, durante a quimioterapia antracíclica, adjuvante ou neoadjuvante, farão semanalmente, mínimo de 8 e máximo de 10 sessões de acupuntura em pontos pré estabelecidos: VG14 localizado entre os processos espinhosos da sétima vértebra cervical e da primeira vértebra torácica, VC6 localizado na região pélvica, na linha mediana anterior, uma polegada e meia abaixo da cicatriz umbilical, E36 localizado na face antero lateral da perna, três polegadas abaixo da patela entre os músculos tibial anterior e extensor comum dos dedos, BP6 localizado na face medial da perna, três polegadas acima da proeminência medial, na depressão palpável da margem medial da tíbia, R3 localizado no aspecto medial do pé, posterior ao maléolo medial, na depressão situada entre o ponto mais proeminente do maléolo e o tendão do calcâneo e VB39 localizado a três polegadas acima do ponto mais alto do maléolo externo, na depressão entre a fíbula e os tendões fibular longo e curto, serão usadas dez agulhas de acupuntura no total, 0,25mm x 0,30mm, marca HanSol, o procedimento iniciará com a assepsia, com algodão embebido em álcool 70 %, na região dos acupontos e em seguida a aplicação das agulhas sistêmicas, serão utilizadas ao todo dez agulhas, oito em pontos bilaterais e duas em pontos unilaterais, serão colocados em ordem cranio-caudal, em região de cabeça, abaixo e na linha umbilical e nas pernas, os pontos foram planejados fora do sítio cirúrgico e membros superiores, as pacientes ficarão em posição confortável, em decúbito dorsal ou lateral por 30 minutos. A profundidade que as agulhas serão aplicadas será determinada conforme o local da aplicação e a sensação referida pela voluntária, respeitando a constituição física de cada uma. A sensação esperada é descrita pela MTC como “Te Qi”, um conjunto de sensações específicas como calor, frio, queimação, formigamento, peso e/ou choque, no ponto de acupuntura ou no seu trajeto, essa sensação indica correta aplicação da agulha e alcance da profundidade necessária, além de maior efetividade do tratamento, principalmente os pontos E36 e BP6. Para a acupunturista a profundidade e a localização correta do ponto manifesta-se como um “aperto” ou sensação de agulha “presa” ao ponto. A voluntária também vai responder ao questionário de qualidade de vida FACT-N que avalia vários aspectos da vida de quem está se submetendo ao tratamento que pode desencadear um quadro de neutropenia, será feito o registro fotográfico da língua e serão observados os resultados do leucograma antes e durante a quimioterapia. Grupo controle: mínimo de 7 mulheres diagnosticadas com câncer de mama, durante a quimioterapia antracíclica, adjuvante ou neoadjuvante, não receberá intervenção terapêutica, ao aceitar participar da pesquisa e ser randomizada para esse grupo, a voluntária vai responder ao questionário de qualidade de vida FACT-N que avalia vários aspectos da vida de quem está se submetendo ao tratamento que pode desencadear um quadro de neutropenia, fazer o registro fotográfico da língua e serão observados os resultados do leucograma.
