    Group of seniors who will perform the Multicomponent Training at the University (GTU), Group of seniors who will perform the Multicomponent Training at Home (GTC) and Control Group (CG). This is a three-arm randomized controlled clinical trial. Home training group: 16 seniors with Alzheimer's disease and their 16 caregivers. Face-to-face training group: 16 seniors with Alzheimer's disease and their 16 caregivers. Control group: 16 seniors with Alzheimer's disease and their 16 caregivers. The intervention protocols will take place at the Academy of the Federal University of Uberlândia located on the Physical Education campus during 16 weeks. The control group will participate in the same days and times of cognitive stimulation classes accompanied by a psychologist, emphasizing that the CG will not perform physical exercises.

    Grupo de idosos que realizará o Treinamento multicomponente na Universidade (GTU), Grupo de idosos que realizará o Treinamento multicomponente em Casa (GTC) e Grupo Controle (GC). Trata-se de um estudo clínico randomizado controlado de três braços. Grupo treinamento em casa: 16 idosos com Doença de Alzheimer e seus 16 cuidadores. Grupo treinamento presencial: 16 idosos com Doença de Alzheimer e seus 16 cuidadores. Grupo controle: 16 idosos com Doença de Alzheimer e seus 16 cuidadores. Os protocolos de intervenção acontecerão na Academia da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia localizada no campus Educação Física durante 16 semanas. O grupo controle participará em mesmos dias e horários de aulas de estimulação cognitiva acompanhado de uma Psicóloga, ressaltando que o GC não realizará exercícios físicos.
