This is a three-arm, double-blind, randomized controlled clinical trial. A total of 45 healthy individuals will be recruited and allocated into the following groups: Control group (n = 15) – blood clot; Test group 1 (n = 15) – application of green tea gel with hyaluronic acid; Test group 2 (n = 15) – application of a high-concentration oxygen gel. Clinical assessments will be performed to evaluate pain, bleeding, burning sensation, and swallowing difficulty. Analyses of healing markers, volatile sulfur compounds, surgical wound area, and epithelialization will be conducted at baseline and at 3, 7, 14, and 30 days postoperatively. Randomization will be carried out using a randomization table generated by an evaluator who is not involved in either the surgical procedures or the outcome assessments

Trata-se de um estudo clínico randomizado controlado de três braços, duplo-cego. Serão selecionados 45 indivíduos saudáveis que serão alocados nos grupos: Grupo controle (n=15) – coágulo; Grupo teste 1 (n=15) – uso do gel de chá verde com ácido hialurônico; Grupo teste 2 (n=15) – uso do gel de altas concentrações de oxigênio. Serão conduzidas análises clínicas para avaliar dor, sangramento, ardência, dificuldade de deglutição; análise de marcadores de reparo, análise de compostos sulfurosos voláteis, áreas da ferida cirúrgica e análise de epitelização nos tempos de 0, 3, 7, 14 e 30 dias. A randomização será executada por meio de aplicação de umatabela de randomização gerada por um avaliador não envolvido com os procedimentos cirúrgicos nem com as análises

Systemically healthy individuals between 18 and 60 years of age; Good oral hygiene (plaque index <20%); Need for free gingival graft surgery and de-epithelialized connective tissue graft due to the absence of keratinized mucosa or the presence of gingival recession

The closure of the defect will be considered the primary outcome of this study, and it is expected that the groups using the green tea gel with hyaluronic acid and the gel with high concentrations of oxygen will accelerate the closure of the defect by 30% compared to the control group
