  This is a randomized, controlled clinical trial in a parallel and single-blind model. The evaluating researcher will not know which group the patient belongs. Thirty-six patients will be involved in this study and will be randomly allocated according to the type of adjunctive treatment to be associated with the insertion of deproteinized bovine bone into the maxillary sinus with the aim of elevate the maxiilary floor sinus level: 1) Control Group: Use of bovine bone deproteinized to graft the maxillary sinus; 2) PBMT Group: Irradiation of the grafted area with laser at red and infrared wavelengths in the baseline periods, 3 and 7 days after the surgical procedure; 3) i-PRF Group: Association of deproteinized bovine bone with i-PRF. Patients will be submit the the surgical procedure of sinus floor augumentation associated with ther gratinf procedure. After 4 months the implants will be placed, and the biopisias will be harvest. The implants will be prosthetically rehabilitated 3 months after their installation and will be followed prospectively for two years. Tomographic and histometric analyzes will be carried out in order to evaluate the biological quality of the grafted areas, while clinical, radiographic and stability analyzes of the implants will be carried out to assess the clinical behavior of the implants installed in these areas at the periods of 3, 6, 12, 18 and 24 months after the installation of the prostheses.

  Trata-se de um estudo clínico, controlado, randomizado em modelo paralelo e Simples- Cego. O pesquisador avaliador não saberá a qual grupo o paciente pertence. Serão envolvidos nesse estudo 36 pacientes que serão alocados randomicamente de acordo com o tipo de tratamento adjunto a ser associado com a inserção de osso bovino desproteinizado em seio maxilares com o objetivo de elevar o nível do seu soalho: 1) Grupo Controle: Apenas osso bovino desproteinizado em seio maxilar; 2) Grupo PBMT: Irradiação da área enxertada com laser no comprimento de onda vermelho e infra-vermelho nos períodos baseline, 3 e 7 dias após o procedimento cirúrgico; 3) Grupo i-PRF: Associação do osso bovino desproteinizado com o i-PRF. Os pacientes serão submetidos ao procedimento cirúrgico para inserção dos biomateriais e será aguardado um período de 4 meses para a cirurgia de instalação dos implantes e nesse momento será realizado a remoção de biopsias dos sítios enxertados. Os implantes instalados serão reabilitados proteticamente 3 meses após a instalação dos mesmos e serão acompanhados prospectivamente por dois anos. Serão realizadas análises tomográficas e histométrica com intuído de avaliar a qualidade biológica das áreas enxertadas, enquanto que análises clínicas, radiográficas e de estabilidade dos implantes serão executadas para comportamento clínico dos implantes instalados nessas áreas nos períodos de 3,6, 12, 18 e 24 meses após a instalação das próteses.

  The patient required to present between 18 and 60 years old, need unilateral or bilateral elevation of the floor of the maxillary sinus for subsequent installation of osseointegrated implants. present bone availability associated with the alveolar ridge adjacent to the maxillary sinus less than or equal to 3mm. present good systemic health. present at least less than 4 months of healing of the socket after tooth extraction
