    This is a 3-arm, blinded, controlled clinical study. A total of 60 people who meet the eligibility criteria will be allocated using the classification of the International Physical Activity Questionnaire, allocating volunteers into 3 groups according to physical activity levels: low, medium and high physical activity group. The researchers who will evaluate the outcomes will not know which group each participant belongs to. The three groups were treated with injections of Botulinum Toxin type A (100 U, Botox®, Allergan, Irvine, CA, USA) reconstituted with 1.0 mL of saline solution, so that each 0.1 mL corresponded to 10 U of product. The doses applied to the frontal, procerus and corrugator supercilium muscles followed the Italian consensus for onabotulinumtoxinA (Botox®) injections. Therefore, 12 U, divided into 6 injection points, were applied to the frontal muscle, a single injection of 4 U was applied to the procerus muscle, and single injections of 4U and 3U were applied, respectively, to the medial head and lateral part of the muscle. supercilium corrugator.     Trata-se de um estudo clínico controlado de 3 braços, cego. Um total de 60 pessoas que preencham os critérios de elegibilidade será alocado utilizando a classificação do Questionário International de Atividade Física, alocando os voluntários em 3 grupos segundo os níveis de atividade física em: grupo de baixa, media e alta atividade física. Os pesquisadores que irão avaliar os desfechos  não terão conhecimento a que grupo pertence cada participante. Os três grupos foram tratados com injeções de Toxin botulínica do tipo A (100 U, Botox®, Allergan, Irvine, CA, EUA) reconstituída com 1,0 mL de solução salina , de modo que cada 0,1 mL correspondesse a 10 U de produto. As doses aplicadas nos músculos frontal, prócero e corrugador do supercílio seguiram o consenso italiano para injeções de onabotulinumtoxinA (Botox®). Portanto, 12 U, divididos em 6 pontos de injeção, foram aplicados no músculo frontal, uma única injeção de 4 U foi aplicada no músculo procerus e injeções únicas de 4U e 3U foram aplicadas, respectivamente, na cabeça medial e na parte lateral do músculo corrugador do supercílio.     Volunteers with complain of dynamic wrinkles; moderate or severe dynamic forehead and glabellar lines according to the Merz 5-point scale; never received botulinum toxin type A injections in any area of the face.
