    First, all subjects will be paired (by sex, age, exposure level, smoke habits). In sequence, they will be randomly allocated into two groups and follow either two capsules of in MASQUELIER's® Original OPCs or placebo for 8 weeks. It will be 40 individuals who will receive the extract and 40 individuals who will receive placebo, totalizing 80 participants.

    Os participantes serão pareados levando-se em consideração a idade, a intensidade de exposição a agrotóxicos e o hábito tabagista. A partir do pareamento, aleatoriamente, um de cada par receberá o placebo e o outro receberá o extrato MASQUELIER's OPC.     It will be included individuals with current agrochemical exposure and with a history of exposure to agrochemicals as a labor activity for at least five years. The selection of farmers has the support of the Department of Health of the Municipality of Santo Amaro da Imperatriz. Another supporting agent will be the Jorge Duprat Figueiredo Foundation for Safety and Occupational Medicine (FUNDACENTRO).

    Serão incluídos, no grupo exposto, indivíduos com histórico de exposição a agrotóxicos como atividade laboral há pelo menos 5 anos. A seleção dos agricultores conta com o apoio da Secretaria de Saúde do Município de Santo Amaro da Imperatriz. A partir de uma pré-seleção dos indivíduos, realizada por uma agente de saúde do local.
