    Randomization: Alveoli allocation of sample patients in control and experimental groups will be carried out through the Random Allocation Software, through the configuration for locked randomization. The result of randomization will be placed in envelopes white and sealed, which will be prepared by a person outside the research. at the time of application of laser therapy, only the applicator will be able to open the envelope and have access to the information on alveoli allocation.
Intervention: 30 participants will be submitted to the extraction of their lower third molars, when symmetrical and with indication. Surgical techniques should be the same for both sides. Then, one of the alveoli will receive photobiomodulation therapy with the association of infrared and red lasers, while the other alveoli will receive only infrared laser therapy. The application of the laser will happen after the surgical procedure, after 3 days and after 7 days. The DMC Therapy EC device will be used, in the lengths of 808 nm (infrared) and 660 nm (red). A total of 6J will be applied in each alveolus. Masking: The surgeon, the evaluator of clinical parameters and thermographic images, the patient and statistician will be blinded to the laser protocol used in each alveolus and only the applicator will have access to this information when opening the envelope sealed. The application of laser therapy, both on the control side and on the experimental laser, will follow the same method. A single device will be used (DMC Therapy EC), which will emit the same sound at similar times, therefore, the patient will not be able to differentiate the protocol applied in each alveolus.

    Randomização: A alocação dos alvéolos dos pacientes da amostra nos grupos controle e experimental será realizada por meio do software Random Allocation Software, através da configuração para randomização bloqueada. O resultado da randomização será disposto em envelopes brancos e lacrados, que serão preparados por uma pessoa fora da pesquisa. No momento da aplicação da laserterapia, apenas o aplicador poderá abrir o envelope e ter acesso à informação sobre a alocação dos alvéolos. Intervenção: 30 participantes serão submetidos à exodontia de seus terceiros molares inferiores, quando simétricos e com indicação. As técnicas cirúrgicas deverão ser iguais para ambos os lados. Em seguida, um dos alvéolos receberá a terapia de fotobiomodulação com a associação dos lasers infravermelho e vermelho, enquanto o outro alvéolo receberá apenas a terapia com laser infravermelho. A aplicação do laser acontecerá após o procedimento cirúrgico, após 3 dias e após 7 dias. Será utilizado o aparelho DMC Therapy EC, nos comprimentos de 808 nm (infravermelho) e de 660 nm (vermelho). Será aplicado o total de 6J em cada alvéolo. Mascaramento: O cirurgião, o avaliador dos parâmetros clínicos e das imagens termográficas, o paciente e o estatístico serão cegos quanto ao protocolo do laser utilizado em cada alvéolo e apenas o aplicador terá acesso a essa informação no momento em que abrir o envelope lacrado. A aplicação da laserterapia, tanto do lado controle quanto do laser experimental, seguirá o mesmo método. Será utilizado um só aparelho (DMC Therapy EC), que emitirá o mesmo som em tempos semelhantes, portanto, o paciente não conseguirá diferenciar o protocolo aplicado em cada alvéolo.
