    After the initial evaluation, the volunteer will be sent to the procedure space, where he / she will choose an envelope that will be opened by the therapist responsible for the application of the interventions, to allocate the participant between the groups:
Ventosa Group (GV): The participant will be in the prone position and will be submitted to the application of 6 VS for 4 minutes, which will consist of 3 minutes in a stationary manner, which should be performed with 1cm suction, at 6 points in the lumbar region between at the time of vertebra L1 to L5, the first VS will be positioned on the region of L1; the second will be just below; the third and fourth will be placed next to the first, one to the right and one to the left; the fifth and sixth will be placed next to the second, one to the right and one to the left; 1 minute sliding (slowly), with 0.5 cm suction in the same region. To facilitate the slip a hypoallergenic cream will be used.
Placebo Group (GP): The participant will be in the stomach position and will be submitted to the application of 4 VS for 4 minutes, which will consist of 3 minutes stationary, which must be performed without suction, the evaluator will only be holding without pressure in 4 points in the lumbar region between the height of the vertebra L1 to L5, the first and second VS will be positioned 3cm in the lateral region of the process of the spine of L1, one to the right and one to the left; the second and third will be just below the first and second; 1 minute sliding (slowly), without suction, only with slight manual pressure to slide the instrument in the same region. To facilitate the slip a hypoallergenic cream will be used.
Immediately after the intervention, the revaluation will be carried out.

    Após a avaliação inicial, o voluntário encaminhado para o espaço dos procedimentos, onde irá escolher um envelope que será aberto pelo terapeuta responsável pela aplicação das intervenções, para alocação do participante entre os grupos: 
Grupo Ventosa (GV): O participante estará em decúbito ventral e será submetido à aplicação de 6 VS por 4 minutos, que consistirá em 3 minuto de forma estacionária, a qual deve ser realizada com sucção de 1cm, em 6 pontos na região lombar entre na altura da vértebra L1 a L5, a primeira VS será posicionada sobre a região da L1; a segunda será logo abaixo; a terceira e a quarta serão posicionadas ao lado da primeira , uma a direita e outra a esquerda; a quinta e a sexta serão posicionadas ao lado da segunda, uma a direita e outra a esquerda; 1 minutos de forma deslizante (lentamente), com sucção de 0,5 cm na mesma região. Para facilitar o deslizamento será utilizado um creme hipoalérgico. 
Grupo Placebo (GP): O participante estará em decúbito ventral e será submetido à aplicação de 4 VS por 4 minutos, que consistirá em 3 minuto de forma estacionária, a qual deve ser realizada sem sucção, o avaliador estará apenas segurando sem pressão em 4 pontos na região lombar entre na altura da vértebra L1 a L5, a primeira e a segunda VS serão posicionadas a 3cm na região lateral do processo espinho da L1, uma a direita e outra a esquerda; a segunda e a terceira ficarão logo abaixo da primeira e da segunda; 1 minutos de forma deslizante (lentamente), sem sucção, apenas com leve pressão manual para poder deslizar o instrumento na mesma região. Para facilitar o deslizamento será utilizado um creme hipoalérgico.
