  It will be held as intervention for the four treatment groups with auricular acupuncture. Auricular acupuncture is applied in four volunteer groups: Experimental group 1-50 individuals (men and women) will receive auricular acupuncture intervention for chronic musculoskeletal pain in the spine according to the precepts of traditional Chinese medicine; for this, the ear points will be applied: Shenmen, Rim, sympathetic associated with parts of the energy balance and location of pain complaint in the spine, namely the cervical vertebrae, thoracic and / or lumbar. The procedure will be performed by a qualified professional, applied and sterile semi-permanent needles for 10 sessions veze one a week for two months. Experimental group 2-50 individuals (men and women) will receive auricular acupuncture intervention for chronic musculoskeletal pain in the spine according to the precepts of the French line; for this, the ear points will be applied: Zero, cervical Vertebra, thoracic vertebra, lumbar vertebra, Synthesis. The procedure will be performed by a qualified professional, applied and sterile semi-permanent needles for 10 sessions once a week for two months. Placebo group - 50 individuals (men and women) will receive the intervention of auricular acupuncture on a headset spot that is not related to the focus of observation; this will be applied to the eye point, that alone will not cause any effect on the individual. The procedure will be performed by a qualified professional, applied and sterile semi-permanent needles for ten sessions once a week for two months. Group Control- 50 individuals (men and women) will not receive the intervention headset, but evaluation will be along for the presence and intensity of pain in four times every 15 days.

  Será realizado como intervenção para os quatro grupos o tratamento com acupuntura auricular. A acupuntura auricular será aplicada em quatro grupos voluntários: Grupo experimental 1 – 50 indivíduos (homens e mulheres) receberão a intervenção de acupuntura auricular para dor musculoesquelética crônica na coluna vertebral de acordo com os preceitos da Medicina Tradicional Chinesa; para isso, serão aplicados os pontos auriculares: Shenmen, Rim, Simpático associados aos pontos do equilíbrio energético e do local da queixa de dor na coluna vertebral, a saber: vertebras cervical, torácica e/ou lombar. O procedimento será realizado por um profissional habilitado, aplicado com agulhas semi-permanentes estéreis e descartáveis, durante 10 sessões uma veze por semana, por dois meses. Grupo experimental 2 - 50 indivíduos (homens e mulheres) receberão a intervenção de acupuntura auricular para dor musculoesquelética crônica na coluna vertebral de acordo com os preceitos da linha Francesa; para isso serão aplicados os pontos auriculares: Zero, Vertebra cervical, vertebra torácica, vertebra lombar, Síntese. O procedimento será realizado por um profissional habilitado, aplicado com agulhas semi-permanentes estéreis e descartáveis, durante 10 sessões uma vez por semana, por dois meses. Grupo Placebo - 50 indivíduos (homens e mulheres) receberão a intervenção de acupuntura auricular em um ponto auricular que não está relacionado com o foco de observação; para isso será aplicado o ponto olho, que isoladamente não provocará nenhum efeito no indivíduo. O procedimento será realizado por um profissional habilitado, aplicado com agulhas semi-permanentes estéreis e descartáveis, durante dez sessões uma vez por semana, por dois meses. Grupo Controle- 50 indivíduos (homens e mulheres) não receberão a intervenção auricular, mas serão avaliação longitudinalmente quanto à presença e intensidade da dor em quatro momentos, a cada 15 dias.

Age (18 years or more); orientation in time; place and person; report the presence of chronic pain (existing for six months or more); score more than four on the Numerical Pain Intensity Scale; have availability of time for submission to auricular acupuncture sessions.

  Have infection; inflammation or injury to the ear; make use of piercing (except ordinary earring); people who have allergies to metal or micropore; those who use other energy therapies (massage; herbal medicine; reiki; flower therapy); physical therapy in period of auricular acupuncture; make continued use of medication for pain relief; do not answer three tries against to the researcher; refuse to receive the headset processing with needles and pregnant women.

  Auricular acupuncture action in reducing chronic pain affecting the cervical, thoracic and lumbar regions in people with musculoskeletal disorders, within two months: before, during, after the application of ear acupuncture, and fifteen days after the end treatment. Pain intensity will be verified by varying the pressure pain threshold at predetermined points along the spine, which is measured by a digital algometer x Force in kilograms / square centimeter, from the finding of a change of at least five percent in pre and post intervention measurements.

  Ação da acupuntura auricular na redução da dor crônica que acomete as regiões cervical, torácica e lombar em pessoas com afecções musculoesqueléticas, no período de dois meses, ou seja, antes, durante, após a aplicação da acupuntura auricular, e quinze dias após o término do tratamento. A intensidade da dor será verificada por meio da variação do limiar de dor por pressão em pontos pré-estabelecidos ao longo da coluna vertebral, que é aferido por um algômetro digital em quilogramas x Força/ centímetros quadrados, a partir da constatação de uma variação de pelo menos cinco por cento nas medições pré e pós intervenção.

  Heart rate before, during, after the application of ear acupuncture, and fifteen days after the end of treatment. Heart rate is measured by the digital esfigmonanômetro. Will be held the measurement on the left arm of the individual, remaining at the technical, the member at heart level (level of the midpoint of the sternum or fourth intercostal space), free clothes, supported, with the palm of the hand facing up and the elbow slightly flexed. Respiratory rate before, during, after the application of ear acupuncture, and fifteen days after the end of treatment. Respiratory rate will be measured by palpation of the chest and the count of the thoracic respiratory motion during the period of one minute, using an analog clock. Temperature of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar before, during, after the application of ear acupuncture, and fifteen days after the end of treatment. To evaluate the temperature of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar regions will be images taken by an infrared sensor positioned horizontally at a distance of one meter and forty centimeters and vertically set in the last sacral vertebra volunteer. For this evaluation, the room will be pre-heated at twenty-three degrees Celsius for twenty minutes. The volunteer will wait for fifteen minutes at rest before the image is taken. Each participant will be in the standing position, remaining top and shorts. To obtain thermographic images, the subject will remain on your back with arms at your sides.

  Frequência cardíaca antes, durante, após a aplicação da acupuntura auricular, e quinze dias após o término do tratamento. A frequência cardíaca será mensurada por meio do esfigmonanômetro digital. Será realizada a aferição no braço esquerdo do indivíduo, mantendo-se durante a técnica, o membro na altura do coração (nível do ponto médio do esterno ou quarto espaço intercostal), livre de roupas, apoiado, com a palma da mão voltada para cima e o cotovelo ligeiramente fletido. Frequência respiratória antes, durante, após a aplicação da acupuntura auricular, e quinze dias após o término do tratamento. A frequência respiratória será mensurada por meio da palpação do tórax e da contagem dos movimentos respiratórios torácicos, durante o período de um minuto, utilizando-se um relógio analógico. Temperatura das regiões cervical, torácica e lombar antes, durante, após a aplicação da acupuntura auricular, e quinze dias após o término do tratamento. Para avaliação da temperatura das regiões cervical, torácica e lombar serão captadas imagens por um sensor infravermelho posicionado horizontalmente a uma distância de um metro e quarenta centímetros e verticalmente ajustada na última vértebra sacral do voluntário. Para esta avaliação, a sala será previamente climatizada aos vinte e três graus célsius por vinte minutos. O voluntário aguardará por quinze minutos, em repouso antes da obtenção da imagem. Cada participante ficará na posição ortostática, permanecendo de top e bermuda. Para a obtenção das imagens termográficas, o voluntário permanecerá de costas com braços ao longo do corpo.
