    Experimental Group 1: 20 participants (aged 7-11 years) will be treated with fluoride varnish of 4% titanium tetrafluoride (2.45% F, pH 1, FGM-DentsCare) on all smooth faces of the permanent teeth for four consecutive weeks , Six and twelve months after starting treatment.
Experimental Group 2: 20 participants (aged 7-11 years) will be treated with fluoride varnish of 5% sodium fluoride (2.26% F, pH 5, Duraphat®, Colgate) on all smooth faces of the permanent teeth for four consecutive weeks , Six and twelve months after starting treatment.
Placebo Group: 20 participants (aged 7-11 years) will be treated with fluoride-free varnish (placebo varnish without F, pH 5, FGM-DentsCare) on all smooth faces of the permanent teeth for four consecutive weeks after six and twelve months of treatment.

    Grupo Experimental 1: 20 participantes com idade entre 7-11 anos receberão tratamento com verniz fluoretado a base de tetrafluoreto de titânio a 4% (2,45% F, pH 1, FGM- DentsCare) em todas as faces lisas dos dentes permanentes, durante quatro semanas consecutivas, após seis e doze meses do inicio do tratamento. 
Grupo Experimental 2:20 participantes com idade entre 7-11 anos receberão tratamento com verniz fluoretado a base de fluoreto de sódio a 5% (2,26% F, pH 5, Duraphat®, Colgate) em todas as faces lisas dos dentes permanentes, durante quatro semanas consecutivas, após seis e doze meses do inicio do tratamento.

    Signature of parents or guardians, the Informed consent. Present active white spot lesions (scale 1 Nyvad et al., 2003) on smooth surfaces of at least two teeth in the initial clinical examination.
