  Intervention group: execution of the activity (simulation in a controlled scenario): 22 nursing students will participate in a simulated high-fidelity station with a patient-actor, where they will be admitted to a realistic scenario prepared for the execution of the cardiovascular semiologic assessment technique in nursing with the aid of the cardiovascular assessment instrument validated by judges. At the end, the student will identify the related nursing diagnosis(s) according to the clinical case presented. Control group: 18 nursing students participated in the collection. The practical class in the laboratory will be given by the teacher in charge or the module's monitor, and the technique will be demonstrated with the help of a cardiovascular assessment instrument in nursing (prepared by the module's professors). Students will perform the technique among peers or approach low fidelity mannequins. At the end, the student will identify the related nursing diagnosis(s) according to the clinical case presented. It is worth noting that the students were randomly selected to participate in the respective intervention and control groups. The data collection of the two simultaneous groups, in a period of 3 days.

  Será realizado um ensaio clínico controlado aleatorizado, duplo cego, onde o grupo intervenção se desenvolverá da seguinte forma: execução da atividade (simulação em cenário controlado): 22 estudantes de enfermagem participarão de uma estação simulada de alta fidelidade com paciente-ator, onde serão submetidos a um cenário realístico preparado para a execução da técnica de avaliação semiológica cardiovascular em enfermagem com auxílio do instrumento de avaliação cardiovascular validado por juízes. Ao final, o aluno identificará o(s) diagnóstico(s) de enfermagem relacionado(s) de acordo com o caso clínico apresentado. Quanto ao grupo controle, este se desenvolverá da seguinte forma: 18 estudantes de enfermagem participarão da coleta. A aula prática em laboratório será ministrada pelo professor responsável ou monitor do módulo, sendo demonstrada a técnica com auxílio de um instrumento de avaliação cardiovascular em enfermagem (elaborado pelos docentes do módulo). Os alunos executarão a técnica entre os pares ou realizarão abordagem em manequins de baixa fidelidade. Ao final, o aluno identificará o(s) diagnóstico(s) de enfermagem relacionado(s) de acordo com o caso clínico apresentado. Vale destacar que os alunos foram sorteados aleatoriamente para participarem dos respectivos grupos intervenção e controle. A coleta de dados dos dois grupos acontecerá simultaneamente, num período de 3 dias.

  It is expected to analyze the effectiveness of a checklist to assess nursing students' knowledge about cardiovascular examination and clinical judgment for nurses, validated by judges. The check list will be associated with the clinical simulation methodology, through the randomized clinical trial method, before and immediately after the cardiovascular semiological assessment applied with the previously mentioned checklist, where we will observe whether the intervention group will obtain greater confidence and knowledge regarding to the control group, in which only the standard and traditional teaching activity will be applied.

  Espera-se analisar a efetividade de um check list de avaliação do conhecimento de estudantes de enfermagem sobre exame cardiovascular e julgamento clínico para enfermeiros, validado por juízes. O check list será associado a metodologia da simulação clínica, por meio do método de ensaio clínico randomizado, antes e imediatamente após a avaliação semiológica cardiovascular aplicada com o check list mencionado anteriormente, onde iremos observar se o grupo intervenção obterá maior confiança e conhecimento em relação ao grupo controle, no qual será aplicado apenas a atividade padrão e tradicional de ensino.

  It is expected to analyze the nursing student's satisfaction with the clinical simulation experience, after the application of a randomized clinical trial, measured through a questionnaire carried out during data collection from the intervention group.
