  Experimental group: 10 physicians working in 7 basic health units of the Municipal Health Department of Ijuí/RS will receive the installation of the mobile health application with protocol for oral anticoagulation management. Placebo group: 10 physicians working in 7 basic health units of the Municipal Health Department of Ijuí/RS will maintain the prescription of oral anticoagulants in the manner previously customary in the basic health unit. In the application there will be a location where it will be possible to choose the desired international normalized target ratio depending on the clinical situation for which the drug is being used. The doctor must inform in the application the total weekly dose used by the patient and finally, he / she must inform the international normalized ratio verified in the last examination. The application will automatically calculate the new dose, if necessary, and will guide the periodicity for the next exam.

  Grupo experimental: 10 médicos com atuação em 7 unidades básicas de saúde da Secretaria Municipal de Saúde de Ijuí/RS receberão a instalação do aplicativo de saúde móvel com protocolo para manejo da anticoagulação oral. Grupo placebo: 10 médicos com atuação em 7 unidades básicas de saúde da Secretaria Municipal de Saúde de Ijuí/RS manterão a prescrição dos anticoagulantes orais da maneira anteriormente habitual na unidade básica de saúde. No aplicativo haverá um local onde será possível a escolha da razão normalizada internacional alvo desejada dependendo da situação clínica para a qual o fármaco está sendo utilizado. O médico precisa informar no aplicativo a dose semanal total utilizada pelo paciente e por fim, terá que informar a razão normalizada internacional aferida no último exame realizado. O aplicativo irá calcular automaticamente a nova dose, caso seja necessário, e orientará a periodicidade para realização do próximo exame.

  Reduction in the occurrence of adverse events such as bleeding, in the period of five months, verified by means of an interview with the patients after five months who received the prescription of the physicians, from the observation of a variation of at least 5% in the measurements between the group with anticoagulation management oral with the use of the application versus without the use of the application.
