This is a two-arm, unblinded, randomized controlled clinical trial. Experimental group: 183 postpartum mothers of premature newborns who attend the human milk bank of a public hospital. They will receive access, via login and password, to the interactive website meditamamente.com, which contains a guided slow meditation program with audio, lasting approximately 10 minutes. The intervention consists of a meditation program structured in 6 weekly modules, with progressive content. Each module addresses a specific theme focused on stress management and emotional regulation in the context of neonatal hospitalization. After the initial sequence, participants have unrestricted access to all program content until their baby is discharged from the hospital, allowing free practice and revisiting of themes as needed. Access to the program will be at the time of milk extraction at the hospital's milk bank. Control group: 183 postpartum mothers of premature newborns who attend the hospital's milk bank. They will not receive the meditation program during their newborn's hospitalization.

Trata-se de um ensaio clínico randomizado controlado de dois braços, não cegado. Grupo experimental: 183 mães no pós-parto de recém-nascido prematuros que frequentam o banco de leite humano do hospital público. Elas receberão o acesso, via login e senha, ao site interativo meditamamente.com, que consta um programa de meditação slow guiada por áudio, com duração de aproximadamente 10 minutos. A intervenção consiste em um programa de meditação estruturado em 6 módulos semanais, de conteúdo progressivo. Cada módulo aborda um tema específico voltado ao manejo do estresse e à regulação emocional no contexto da hospitalização neonatal. Após a sequência inicial, as participantes têm acesso irrestrito a todo o conteúdo do programa até a ocorrência da alta hospitalar de seu bebê, permitindo prática livre e revisitação dos temas conforme necessidade individual. O acesso ao programa será no momento da extração de leite no banco de leite do hospital. Grupo controle: 183 mães no pós-parto de recém-nascido prematuros que frequentam o banco de leite do hospital. Elas não receberão o programa de meditação durante a internação do recém-nascido.

Illicit drug use; use of medication incompatible with breastfeeding; lack of interest in breastfeeding; presence of severe disturbance of consciousness/behavior; not participating in another study; multiple births; newborn with metabolic disease; death.

Primary outcomes:

An increase in the rate of premature newborns being breastfed at the time of hospital discharge is expected, as determined by the medical record at the time of hospital discharge. The success of the intervention will be defined as a minimum absolute increase of 15 percentage points in this rate, compared to the control group.

Espera-se um aumento na taxa de recém-nascidos prematuros sendo amamentados no momento da alta hospitalar, constatado a partir do registro no prontuário, momento da alta hospitalar. O sucesso da intervenção será definido como um aumento absoluto mínimo de 15 pontos percentuais nesta taxa, em comparação ao grupo controle.
