  Group 1 or Thrust Group: 30 subjects will undergo Osteopathic intervention, the so-called Lumbar Roll technique being applied to both sides in the L3 segment, which is the vertebral pivot, that is, the joint tensioning point under which the vertebrae turn constituting a structure in arch or vault. The intervention will be performed by a specialist. In this technique the participant is in lateral decubitus; therapist in front of him stretches the lower limb supported on the stretcher and flexes the other lower limb up to the level of L3, rotates the upper trunk back until feeling the movement in the same vertebra; supports the body on the patient, the therapist's hand makes contact with the vertebra to be manipulated, the slack reduction is achieved, that is, the approach and pull of soft tissues at the C3 level, and at the end of the range of motion applies thrust. Group 2 or Group Muscle Energy: 30 subjects will undergo an Osteopathic intervention being applied to the Muscle Energy technique targeting the lumbar musculature. The subject will lie in the lateral position; therapist in front of him flexes the upper torso to the L3 level, flexes the lower torso and then rotates the upper torso to the level of the same vertebra. Then do the lateral slope of the lumbar (contact with the feet) to the target vertebra. The therapist performs verbal commands so that the patient makes an isometric contraction of 3 to 5 seconds against the therapist's hand, pushing it toward the floor, and this process is repeated 3 times. Group 3 or Control Group: 30 subjects from the group will remain lying on the stretcher without undergoing any intervention for a time of 5 minutes, this time equal to the procedures of the other two groups. The subjects belonging to this group, as soon as the research is completed, will be called to go to the laboratory again to be offered the same conditions of treatment of the other two groups, divided into two sessions without costs.

  Grupo 1 ou Grupo Thrust: 30 sujeitos irão passar por intervenção Osteopática, sendo aplicada a técnica denominada de Lumbar Roll, para ambos os lados no segmento de L3, o qual é pivô vertebral, isto é, ponto de cruzamento da tensão articular sob os quais as vértebras giram constituindo uma estrutura em arco ou abóbada. A intervenção será realizada por um profissional especialista. Nesta técnica o participante fica em decúbito lateral; terapeuta a sua frente estende o membro inferior apoiado na maca e flexiona o outro membro inferior até o nível de L3, realiza rotação do tronco superior para trás até sentir o movimento na mesma vértebra; apoia o corpo sobre o paciente, a mão do terapeuta faz contato com a vértebra a ser manipulada, faz-se a redução do slack, ou seja, a aproximação e tração dos tecidos moles ao nível de C3, e ao final da amplitude de movimento aplica o thrust. Grupo 2 ou Grupo Músculo Energia: 30 sujeitos irão passar por uma intervenção Osteopática sendo aplicada a técnica de Músculo Energia visando a musculatura lombar. O sujeito irá ficar em decúbito lateral; terapeuta a sua frente flexiona o tronco superior até o nível de L3, flexiona o tronco inferior e depois realiza rotação do tronco superior até o nível da mesma vértebra. Depois faz a inclinação lateral da lombar (contato com os pés) até a vértebra alvo. O terapeuta realiza comando verbal para que o paciente faça uma contração isométrica de 3 a 5 segundos contra a mão do terapeuta, empurrando-a em direção ao chão, sendo repetido 3 vezes este processo. Grupo 3 ou Grupo Controle: 30 sujeitos desde grupo irão permanecer deitados na maca sem sofrer qualquer intervenção por um tempo de 5 minutos, tempo este igualitário aos procedimentos dos outros dois grupos. Os sujeitos pertencentes a este grupo, tão logo a pesquisa seja concluída, serão convocados a irem até o laboratório novamente para que lhes sejam oferecidas as mesmas condições de tratamento dos outros dois grupos, divididas em duas sessões sem custos.

  Be a marketer; adult; voluntary; report having nonspecific low back pain persisted over a period of three months in a region of the back between the lower ribs and the gluteal fold.

• Exclusion criteria:

  Have a specific diagnosis of any spinal pathology or low back pain suggestive of secondary causes; the positive response in the Lasègue test for lumbar disc herniation; performing any type of drug treatment for low back pain; history of spinal fracture or surgery or infectious disease of the lumbar spine; waiver at any stage of the search either for reasons of force majeure or upon request.
