Through genetic results, it will be possible to provide a genetic panel identifying polymorphisms associated with Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), possibly associated with hormonal alterations in individuals with Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and Cleft Lip and Palate (CLP), influencing predisposition to Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). They should also provide data suggesting that certain genetic results related to hormonal regulation, ventilatory control and craniofacial development may be associated with both morphological alterations of the airways and greater severity of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). These data will be analyzed together using multivariate models and logistic regression, aiming to identify integrated risk patterns
pt-br
