Control Group: formed by 40 volunteers, not red wine consumers, who will receive homemade dental whitening treatment with 16% Carbamide Peroxide and will receive unrestricted diet guidance on foods with dyes Experimental Group: also formed by 40 volunteers, consumers of red wine, who will receive home-made bleaching treatment with 16% Carbamide Peroxide plus daily mouthwash with red wine. They will also receive dietary guidance with no restrictions on foods with dyes

Inclusion criteria:
en
Individuals with good oral health; with all upper anterior teeth (canines and incisors) and with vitality; free of caries lesions and previous restorations; good oral hygiene; without cervical lesions (abrasion, erosion and abfraction); absence of periodontal disease; non-smokers. The initial color of the teeth should be A2 or darker compared to the Vita Classica scale.

Indivíduos que assinarem o TCLE; com boa saúde bucal; presença de todos os dentes anteriores superiores (caninos e incisivos) e com vitalidade; livres de lesões de cárie e de restaurações anteriores; boa higiene bucal; sem lesões cervicais (abrasão, erosão e abfração); ausência de doença periodontal; não fumantes. A cor inicial dos dentes deverá ser A2 ou mais escuros por comparação com a escala Vita Clássica.

Exclusion criteria:

Individuals submitted to any type of previous bleaching procedure; presenting carious lesions; non-carious cervical lesions; pregnant or lactating; patients with teeth presenting with intrinsic factors (tetracycline, fluorosis, hyperplasia); endodontic treatment; presence of anterior superiors restorations (canines and incisors); patients who report gingival retraction; dental sensitivity or parafunctional habits; patients who have previous dental prostheses; or those who are taking medications containing heavy metals; analgesics and anti-inflammatories.

indivíduos submetidos a qualquer tipo de procedimento clareador prévio; que apresentarem lesões cariosas; lesões cervicais não cariosas; gestantes ou lactantes; pacientes com dentes apresentando manchamento por fatores intrínsecos (tetraciclina, fluorose, hiperplasia); tratamento endodôntico; presença de restaurações nos dentes anteriores superiors (caninos e incisivos); pacientes que relatarem retração gengival; sensibilidade dental ou apresentarem hábitos parafuncionais; pacientes que possuírem próteses dentais anteriores ou ainda os que estiverem fazendo uso de medicamentos que contenha metais pesados; analgésicos e anti-inflamatórios.

The expected primary outcome is that there will be no significant statistical difference, as to the color change, among the groups that will be evaluated; Vital teeth whitened and exposed to red wine will not show sensitivity during the home bleaching period; The patient will not present an immune response to the bleaching agent; The patient will not present gingival inflammation to the bleaching agent.

O desfecho primário esperado é que não haverá diferença estatística significante, quanto a alteração de cor, entre os grupos que serão avaliados; Os dentes vitais clareados e expostos ao vinho tinto não apresentarão sensibilidade durante o período de clareamento caseiro; O paciente não apresentará resposta immune ao agente clareador; O paciente não apresentará inflamação gengival ao agente clareador.
