  Three types of treatment for nipple trauma will be given during breastfeeding: Control group: 30 mammillary lions caused by breastfeeding: women will receive guidance regarding handholding, positioning, massage and milking; Experimental Group 1: 30 mammillary lions caused by lactation: women will receive, in addition to the guidelines regarding handle, positioning, massage and milking, Low Intensity Laser directly on the injured nipple. Experimental group 2: 30 mammillary lions caused by lactation: women will receive, in addition to the guidelines regarding handholding, positioning, massage and milking, Low-intensity Systemic Laser Therapy (ILIB).

  Serão administrado três tipos de tratamento para traumas mamilares ocasionados durante a amamentação: Grupo controle: 30 leões mamilares ocasionadas pelo aleitamento: as mulheres receberão orientações referentes a pega, posicionamento, massagens e ordenha; Grupo Experimental 1: 30 leões mamilares ocasionadas pelo aleitamento: as mulheres receberão, além das orientações referentes a pega, posicionamento, massagens e ordenha,Laser de Baixa Intensidade diretamente no mamilo lesionado. Grupo experimental 2: 30 leões mamilares ocasionadas pelo aleitamento: as mulheres receberão, além das orientações referentes a pega, posicionamento, massagens e ordenha, Laserterapia de Baixa Intensidade por via sistêmica (ILIB).

  Being breastfed; Age equal or superior to 18 years; Protactile nipples with presence of pain and trauma in the nipple-aréolar region No use of any topical agent, shell or silicone intermediate in the breasts Be resident in the urban area of the municipality

  Cicatrization of mammillary traumas caused by breastfeeding after low-level laser irradiation (LBI) where Intervention Group 1 received laser therapy directly on the breast, 1J at the center of the nipple and 3J around the artery and breast, and Group 2 received a systemic laser therapy where a bracelet attached to the pulley would stick the laser over the radial artery, emitting radiation for 30 minutes

  Cicatrização dos traumas mamilares causados pelo aleitamento materno após a irradiação do laser de baixa intensidade (LBI) onde o Grupo Intervenção 1 recebeu a laserterapia diretamente na mama, sendo 1J no centro do mamilo e 3J ao redor da aréoala e mama e o Grupo intervenção 2 recebeu laserterapia sistemica onde uma pulseira acoplada no puldo maninha o laser sobre a artéria radial, emitindo radiação por 30 minutos

  After irradiation of the low-intensity laser, the healing of the mammillary lesions caused by breastfeeding and consequently the reduction in pain reported by the patients during breastfeeding are expected. Healing will be observed by the daily measurement of the lesions and the pain will be evaluated through the mother's report when observing the Visual Analog Pain Scale

  Após a irradiação do laser de baixa intensidade, espera-se a cicatrização das lesões mamilares causadas pela amamentação e consequentemente redução na dor relatada pelas pacientes durante o aleitamento materno. A cicatrização será observada pela medida diaria das lesões e a dor será avaliada por meio do relato da mãe ao observar a Escala Visual Analógica de Dor
