  Twelve volunteers from the control group (ETCC Sham) and 12 volunteers from the experimental group (active ETCC) will participate in this study. Transcranial Current Stimulation will be performed with the "neuroConn DC-STIMULATOR PLUS" device associated with muscualar training of the pelvic floor of healthy women. The anode electrode will be positioned over the supplemental motor area (AMS). The cathode will be positioned over the supraorbital region. The size of the electrodes will be 35 cm2 (5x7cm), surrounded by a sponge soaked in saline solution. The intensity of the current will be 2 mA, time of application of the ETCC will be 20 minutes, 3x week, totaling 12 sessions. 30-day follow-up (evaluations). The sham intervention will be performed with assembly identical to the active intervention, but will remain active for only 60 seconds. The application will be performed by a therapist who will not participate in the evaluations. The pelvic floor muscular training will consist of vaginal contractions according to the verbal command of the therapist lasting 20 minutes. Subsequently, the ETCC electrodes (active or sham) will be placed on the supplemental motor area (AMS) and, in conjunction with stimulation, the volunteer will perform active contractions of the pelvic floor. Pre-post, post-intervention and 30-day follow-up will be performed the following evaluations: PERFECT Scheme (quantify the intensity, number of contractions, both fast and slow, plus the duration of contractions); Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) (multidimensional sexual function scale that assesses desire, arousal, lubrication, orgasm, satisfaction and pain); perineometer biofeedback (objective assessment of the musculature of women with pelvic floor morbidity)

  Participarão deste estudo 12 voluntárias do grupo controle (ETCC Sham) e 12 voluntárias do grupo experimental (ETCC ativo). A Estimulação Transcraniana por Corrente Contínua será realizada com o aparelho "neuroConn DC-STIMULATOR PLUS" associada ao treinamento muscualar do assoalho pélvico de mulheres saudáveis. O eletrodo ânodo será posicionado sobre a área motora suplementar(AMS). O catodo será posicionado sobre a região supra-orbital. O tamanho dos eletrodos serão de 35 cm2 (5x7cm), envoltos por uma esponja embebida em solução salina. A intensidade da corrente será de 2 mA, tempo de aplicação da ETCC será de 20 minutos, 3x semana, totalizando 12 sessões. Follow-up (avaliações) de 30 dias. A intervenção sham será realizada com montagem idêntica à intervenção ativa, contudo permanecerá ativa por apenas 60 segundos. A aplicação será realizada por um terapeuta que não participará das avaliações. O treinamento muscular do assoalho pélvico consistirá em contrações vaginais conforme comando verbal do terapeuta com duração de 20 minutos. Subsequente, serão posicionados os eletrodos da ETCC (ativa ou sham) sobre a área motora suplementar (AMS) e, associado à estimulação, a voluntária realizará contrações ativas do assoalho pélvico. Pré, pós intervenção e follow-up de 30 dias serão realizadas as seguintes avaliações: Esquema PERFECT (quantificar a intensidade, o número de contrações, tanto rápidas como lentas, além do tempo de sustentação das contrações); Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) (escala multidimensional de função sexual que avalia o desejo, a excitação, a lubrificação, o orgasmo, a satisfação e a dor); perineômetro biofeedback (avaliar de forma objetiva a musculatura de mulheres que apresentam morbidades no assoalho pélvico)

  Women who had vaginal deliveries age between eighteen and fifty-nine years; No complaint and diagnosis of urinary incontinence; evaluated by Pelvic Floor Impact Questionnaire PFIQ-seven; Sexually active

  Women who present with bladder prolapse greater than or equal to two; which prevent the introduction of the vaginal catheter; In treatment with radiotherapy in the pelvic region; In treatment of urinary infection or other conditions in the pelvic region; Pregnant women; Have a pacemaker; That they present contraindications to the use of CTEC history of recurrent seizure; tumors or skin infection at the site of stimulation and metallic materials implanted in the brain; Who presented anesthesia or hyperesthesia at the point of application of the ECTS; Positive cut-off point for the Mini Mental State Examination MMSE lower than eleven points already corrected for schooling
