  Educational intervention without a control group. Two web conferences will be held with classes of a maximum of fifteen students lasting two hours. Educational intervention activities will be developed using the workshop technique. First meeting will be developed four activities lasting approximately two hours, as described below Reception of the participants, the researcher will welcome the academics and allocate a moment for them to introduce themselves. In addition, you will be informed about the research objective and the method to be carried out, emphasizing the importance of their participation in all stages. The activity will be fifteen minutes. Icebreaker dynamics, the method of free association of ideas will be carried out which is based on the free flow of thoughts in which the participant must say whatever comes to mind, without any judgment or apparent meaning. In this method, each person's narratives about the common theme are valued, while inviting them to listen to their peers in the group, reevaluating their understandings. Thus, dynamics can provide new ideas and perspectives. The trigger for the activity will be through the following sentence, which come to mind when you hear sexuality from older people. During the activity, the words that will appear will be recorded on a board shared on the web conference. At the end, the researcher will make a synthesis of all the expressions heard. The purpose of the dynamic is to explore the thoughts and raise students' reflections on the theme. The dynamic will last approximately ten minutes. True or false, the second activity will last approximately forty minutes and will consist of a conversation about myths and truths about the sexual behavior of the elderly. Academics will be asked to make two boards, using a blank sheet, one with the word TRUE and the other FALSE. The researcher will show signs made with affirmative phrases on the subject and will request that, for each of them, the academics show to the screen their opinion about the affirmative: whether true or false. Then, the researcher will survey the wrong answers and give the correct answer, presenting the scientific evidence found in studies on the subject. This activity aims to improve the participants' knowledge and attitudes about the sexual behavior of the elderly as the truths are ratified and the myths are unveiled and clarified. Academics will be able to get in touch with current scientific evidence that shows how sexual behavior of the elderly is. It will last forty minutes. Video: to conclude, a video available online will be broadcast containing an interview with an elderly couple about their sexuality, lasting approximately twenty-seven minutes. Afterwards, the important aspects of the video will be discussed. Complementary activity: students will be asked to create an interview script for application during a nursing consultation with the elderly, addressing aspects of sexual behavior. They will be instructed to look for references in Ministry of Health manuals or other literature. At the next meeting, participants will share the created script. The estimated time is ten minutes. Second meeting: will be held one day after the first meeting, being developed four activities with a total duration of approximately two hours, as described below: Discussion of the anamnesis script: the researcher will ask the participants to share what were the questions created to guide the interview with the elderly during a supposed nursing consultation. A forty-minute time will be provided for group discussion, in which, at the end, the researcher will synthesize which are the relevant questions that may compose an anamnesis for a nursing consultation for the elderly. Informative video: a video built by the researcher with information on the epidemiological data of STIs in the elderly in the world and in Brazil and on the prevention strategies for these infections established in the country will be transmitted. At the time of the video, the researcher will ask the students to write down the information they find new and relevant, as well as the doubts, because, at the end, there will be a discussion about the video, based on a script of questions and a moment complementation of information. This activity will take approximately twenty minutes. Question roulette: the researcher will create a roulette, using an online application, with questions about actions that health professionals can take in assisting the elderly to prevent STIs and promote health. The activity consists of rotating the roulette wheel and, the question it indicates, must be answered by academics and will last for fifteen minutes. Based on the answers, the researcher will present results of studies that address the theme to raise reflections to the participants. Video with testimonials. Finally, another video will be broadcast, available online, which contains testimonials from elderly people living with HIV / AIDS lasting approximately five minutes. It aims to provide real contact with the situations that they may experience when caring for older people with HIV. This form of contact contributes to the reduction of unfavorable stigma and attitudes. After the presentation of the video, students will have ten minutes to discuss the content presented and reflect on how the activity contributed to the knowledge and attitudes they will have as health professionals who will serve this population. Dynamics: the same dynamics performed in the first encounter as an ice breaker will be applied again. The trigger for the activity will be through the following phrase: what comes to mind when you hear sexuality from older people. During the activity, the words that will appear will be recorded on a board shared on the web conference and a comparison will be made of the words that emerged in the first and second meetings, leading to a discussion about the changes in thoughts on the subject after the intervention. Approximately ten minutes will be allocated to the activity. Finally, the researcher will synthesize the information and remove doubts if necessary.

  Intervenção educativa sem grupo controle. Será realizado dois encontros por web conferência com turmas de no máximo quinze alunos com duração de duas horas. Serão desenvolvidos atividades de intervenção educativa com a técnica de oficinas. Primeiro encontro será desenvolvido quatro atividades com duração de aproximadamente duas horas, conforme descrição abaixo Recepção dos participantes, a pesquisadora dará boas-vindas aos acadêmicos e destinará um momento para que se apresentem. Ademais, será informado sobre o objetivo da pesquisa e o método a ser realizado, ressaltando a importância da participação deles em todas as etapas. A atividade será de quinze minutos. Dinâmica do quebra gelo, será realizado o método de associação livre de ideias que se baseia no fluxo livre de pensamentos no qual o participante deve dizer o que lhe vier à cabeça, sem qualquer julgamento ou sentido aparente. Neste método é valorizado as narrativas de cada um sobre o tema em comum, ao mesmo tempo que convida a ouvir seus pares no grupo, reavaliando seus entendimentos. Assim, a dinâmica pode proporcionar novas ideias e perspectivas. O disparo para a atividade será por meio da seguinte frase, o que vêm na cabeça quando você ouve sexualidade de pessoas idosas. Durante a atividade, as palavras que surgirão serão registradas em um quadro compartilhado na web conferência. Ao final a pesquisadora fará uma síntese de todas as expressões ouvidas. O objetivo da dinâmica é explorar os pensamentos e suscitar reflexões dos alunos acerca do tema. A dinâmica terá duração de aproximadamente dez minutos. Verdadeiro ou falso, a segunda atividade terá duração de aproximadamente quarenta minutos e consistirá em uma conversa sobre mitos e verdades acerca do comportamento sexual de idosos. Será solicitado aos acadêmicos confeccionar duas placas, utilizando uma folha em branco, uma com a palavra VERDADEIRO e outra FALSO. A pesquisadora irá mostrar placas confeccionadas com frases afirmativas sobre o assunto e solicitará que, para cada uma delas, os acadêmicos mostrem para a tela sua opinião sobre a afirmativa: se verdadeiro ou falso. Na sequência, a pesquisadora fará um levantamento das respostas equivocadas e dará a resposta correta, apresentando as evidências científicas encontradas em estudos sobre o assunto. Essa atividade possui o objetivo de melhorar o conhecimento e as atitudes dos participantes, acerca do comportamento sexual de idosos na medida em que as verdades sejam ratificadas e os mitos sejam desvendados e esclarecidos. Os acadêmicos poderão ter contato com evidências científicas atuais que mostram como é o comportamento sexual dos idosos. Terá duração de quarenta minutos. Vídeo: para finalizar, será transmitido um vídeo disponível on-line que contém uma entrevista com um casal de idosos acerca de sua sexualidade, com duração de aproximadamente vinte e sete minutos. Após, será discutido os aspectos importantes do vídeo. Atividade complementar: será solicitado aos alunos para criarem um roteiro de entrevista para aplicação durante uma consulta de enfermagem ao idoso, abordando aspectos do comportamento sexual. Serão orientados a buscar referências em manuais do ministério da saúde ou outras literaturas. No próximo encontro, os participantes irão compartilhar o roteiro criado. O tempo previsto é de dez minutos. Segundo encontro: será realizado um dia após o primeiro encontro, sendo desenvolvidas quatro atividades com duração total de aproximadamente duas horas, conforme descrição abaixo: Discussão do roteiro de anamnese: a pesquisadora solicitará que os participantes compartilhem quais foram as perguntas criadas para orientar a entrevista ao idoso durante uma suposta consulta de enfermagem. Será oportunizado um tempo de quarenta minutos para discussão em grupo, em que, ao final a pesquisadora sintetizará quais são as perguntas relevantes que poderão compor uma anamnese para uma consulta de enfermagem ao idoso. Vídeo informativo: será transmitido um vídeo construído pela pesquisadora com informações sobre os dados epidemiológico das IST em idosos no mundo e no Brasil e sobre as estratégias de prevenção dessas infecções estabelecidas no país. No momento do vídeo, a pesquisadora solicitará para que os acadêmicos anotem as informações que acharem novas e pertinentes, como também, as dúvidas, pois, ao final, haverá uma discussão sobre o vídeo, com base em um roteiro de perguntas e um momento para complementação das informações. Esta atividade terá aproximadamente vinte minutos. Roleta de perguntas: a pesquisadora irá criar uma roleta, utilizando aplicativo on-line, com perguntas sobre ações que profissionais de saúde podem realizar no atendimento a pessoas idosas para prevenção de IST e promoção da saúde. A atividade consiste em rodar a roleta e, a pergunta que ela indicar, deverá ser respondida pelos acadêmicos e terá duração de quinze minutos. A partir das respostas, a pesquisadora apresentará resultados de estudos que abordam a temática para suscitar reflexões aos participantes. Vídeo com depoimentos. Por fim, será transmitido outro vídeo, disponível on-line, que contém depoimentos de idosos que vivem com HIV/AIDS com duração aproximada de cinco minutos. Ele tem por objetivo proporcionar um contato real com as situações que poderão vivenciar ao atender pessoas mais velhas com HIV. Essa forma de contato contribui para a redução estigmas e atitudes desfavoráveis. Após a apresentação do vídeo, os alunos terão dez minutos para discutir sobre os conteúdos apresentados e refletir como a atividade contribuiu para o conhecimento e atitudes que terão enquanto profissionais da saúde que atenderão esta população. Dinâmica: será aplicado novamente a mesma dinâmica realizada no primeiro encontro como quebra gelo. O disparo para a atividade será por meio da seguinte frase: o que vêm na cabeça quando você ouve sexualidade de pessoas idosas. Durante a atividade, as palavras que surgirão serão registradas em um quadro compartilhado na web conferência e será feito um comparativo das palavras que emergiram no primeiro e no segundo encontro, levando a uma discussão sobre as mudanças de pensamentos sobre o assunto após a intervenção. Será destinado aproximadamente dez minutos para a realização da atividade. Para finalizar, a pesquisadora irá sintetizar as informações e retirar as dúvidas caso seja necessário.
