    The first 10 patients who have type 2 diabetes will receive a diet with a reduction of 25% of the total calories ideal for their weight, height and gender for 27 days.
Another 10 patients who have type 2 diabetes will receive a reduced protein diet (meat) keeping the right amount of calories for their weight, height and gender for 27 days.
The meals were arranged in 6 times: breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon coffee, dinner and evening snack.

    Os primeiros 10 pacientes que apresentam diabetes tipo 2 receberão um dieta com redução de 25% das calorias totais ideiais para o seu peso, altura e gênero durante 27 dias.
Outros 10 pacientes que apresentam diabetes tipo 2 receberão uma dieta com redução de proteína (carne) mantendo a quantidade de calorias ideiais para o seu peso, altura e gênero durante 27 dias.
