This is a single-subject, multiple-baseline, experimental study. The study contains only one group (experimental group) that will include a total of 12 children. Initially, 3 evaluations will be carried out before the intervention. The intervention has a total of 24 hours of exercises, which will be applied 3 times a week and each session will last 2 hours, resulting in 4 weeks of intervention. After the intervention, 2 reassessments will be carried out. All intervention exercises will be designed to improve children's mobility.

Trata-se de um estudo experimental de sujeito único com múltiplas linhas de base. O estudo contém somente um grupo (grupo experimental) que incluirá um total de 12 crianças. Inicialmente serão realizadas 3 avaliações antes da intervenção. A intervenção possui um total de 24 horas de exercícios, que serão aplicados 3 vezes por semana e cada sessão terá duração de 2 horas, resultando em 4 semanas de intervenção. Após a intervenção, serão realizadas 2 reavaliações. Todos os exercícios da intervenção serão elaborados com objetivo de melhorar a mobilidade das crianças.

Diagnosis of cerebral palsy; ages 7 to 16 years; both genders; Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS) levels I or II; who are able to understand and complete the instructions; inform consent

Uncontrollable seizures; severe visual and / or cognitive problems; children who have undergone orthopedic or neurological surgery or botulinum toxin application 6 months before or during the study

To evaluate the changes in the concentration of total hemoglobin of the brain verified by the Functional Near- Infrared Spectroscopy (fNIRS), in addition to the evaluation of the gross motor function verified by specific tests such as the Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM-66) and Challenge Test, functional evaluation through the Pediatric Evaluation of Disability Inventory Computer Adapted Tests (PEDI-CAT) and biomechanical evaluation of gait and postural control, through kinematic and kinetic evaluation.
