  40 volunteers will be randomly divided into 2 groups, the experimental group (EG) and the placebo group (GP). In each group, they will be evaluated at three different times, pre-intervention, immediately after the first session, and 14 days after the third session.In the Experimental Group (EG) volunteers will receive Manipulative Osteopathic Treatment (BMT) in the cranial fields. , musculoskeletal and visceral, according to the needs of each volunteer, after assessing the mobility of different body regions, following the principles of osteopathy. In the Placebo group (GP) volunteers will receive intervention without proven therapeutic effects. For this the volunteers will be positioned in lateral decubitus, with the thighs and legs positioned on a wedge to better accommodate the lower back. Will be fixed, with tape, 4 electrodes in the lumbar paravertebral region of the volunteers. These electrodes will be connected to an electrotherapy device (TENS), but this device will be on but will not emit electric current during the intervention. The use of placebo is due to the attempt to reduce methodological bias, as proposed by Contreras (2013).

  40 voluntários serão divididos, aleatoriamente em 2 grupos, o grupo experimental (GE) e grupo placebo (GP). Em cada grupo, os mesmos serão avaliados em três momentos distintos, na pré-intervenção, imediatamente após a 1ª sessão, e 14 dias após a 3ª sessão.No Grupo experimental (GE) os voluntários receberão Tratamento Manipulativo Osteopático (TMO) nos campos cranianos, musculoesquelético e visceral, de acordo com a necessidade de cada voluntário, após avaliação da mobilidade das diferentes regiões do corpo, seguindo os princípios da Osteopatia.No grupo Placebo (GP)os voluntários receberão intervenção sem efeitos terapêuticos comprovados. Para isto os voluntários serão posicionados em decúbito lateral, com as coxas e pernas posicionadas sobre uma cunha para melhor acomodar a região lombar. Serão fixados, com fita adesiva, 4 eletrodos na região paravertebral lombar dos voluntários. Estes eletrodos estarão conectados a um aparelho de eletroterapia (estimulação elétrica nervosa trancutânea – TENS), porém este aparelho estará ligado, mas não emitirá corrente elétrica durante a intervenção. O uso do placebo deve-se à tentativa de diminuir vieses metodológicos, como propõe Contreras (2013).

  Present disability due to low back pain; classified by the Oswestry questionnaire; be between 18 and 50 years old

  Presence of tumors of any kind; Being on medical treatment for low back pain or other symptoms and for depression; Having undergone any surgical procedure on the lumbar spine; Carriers of systemic, neurological, rheumatological diseases; Pregnancy; Being on physical therapy treatment; osteopathic pain in the last 3 months; have had amputation of the first phalanx of the fingers; have a pacemaker; have had myocardial infarction; have eaten or smoked in the last 2 hours prior to collection; have consumed alcohol in the last 24 hours prior to collection; Being on hormones and antidepressants; If the volunteer is using these drugs, the pharmacokinetics of the drug will be analyzed in the scientific literature, to verify if the time of effect of the drug ceased when the bioelectrographic collection; If the volunteer is still on the medication, her data will not be used in the analysis of the results

  Presença de tumores de qualquer natureza;Estar em tratamento medicamentoso para lombalgia ou outros sintomas e para depressão;Ter sido submetido à qualquer procedimento cirúrgico na coluna lombar;Portadores de doenças sistêmicas, neurológicas, reumatológicas;Gravidez;Estar em tratamento fisioterapêutico;Ter realizado tratamento osteopático nos últimos 3 meses;Ter sofrido amputação da primeira falange dos dedos das mãos;Ser portador(a) de marca-passo;Ter tido infarto do miocárdio;Ter se alimentado ou fumado nas últimas 2 horas antecedentes a coleta;Ter consumido bebida alcoólica nas últimas 24 horas antecedentes a coleta;Estar fazendo uso de hormônios e antidepressivos;Caso a voluntária esteja fazendo uso destes medicamentos, será analisada na literatura científica a farmacocinética da droga, para verificar se o tempo de efeito do medicamento cessou quando da coleta bioeletrográfica; se a voluntária ainda estiver sob efeito do medicamento seus dados não serão utilizados na análise dos resultados
