  Two treatments will be performed in each patient, besides the control group in which no treatment will occur. In each intervention will be made two collections that will be compared, before and after, to verify the decontamination efficiency of the techniques. Group 1: number of patients needing to have lesions on the skin or mucosa-(n= 30) - The first microbiological collection will be performed before treatment -Then apply the technique of photodynamic therapy consisting of the following steps: a) methylene blue drip (0.01%) in b) 5 minute wait for removal of excess photosensitizer c) red laser irradiation whose laser light parameters are described below: Wavelength- (nm) 660 Power (mW) 40 Energy (J / dot) 3,6 Density of energy per point (J / cm2) 90 Point area (cm2) 0.04 Time per point (min) 1.5 No. of irradiations 1 Number of irradiated points 2 Power density mW / cm2 1000 -After this stage the second microbiological collection will be carried out. Group 2: number of patients needing to have lesions on the skin or mucosa-(n=30) - The first microbiological collection will be performed before treatment -Then the application of the second technique of photodynamic therapy will take place which consists of the following steps: a) dripping of curcumin diluted in distilled water at a concentration of 1.5 g / l. b) wait 5 minutes for removal of excess photosensitizer c) irradiation with led (blue light emitting diode) whose parameters of led light are described below: Wavelength (nm): 470 Power (mW): 250 Semiconductor active medium: InGaN Point area (cm2): 0.04 Time per minute: 1.5 No. of irradiations 1 Number of irradiated points 2 - After the application of this technique will be performed the 2nd collection of the lesion to verify the effectiveness of the technique. For the control group(n=30), there will be no treatment in the lesion, only a microbiological collection in order to verify the amount of microorganisms, but they need to be with lesions on the skin or mucosa.

  Serão realizados dois tratamentos em cada paciente, além do grupo controle no qual não ocorrerá tratamento nenhum. Em cada intervenção serão realizadas duas coletas que serão comparadas, antes e depois, para verificar a eficiência de descontaminação das técnicas. Grupo 1: número de pacientes que necessitam estar com lesões na pele ou mucosa- (n= 30) -Será realizada inicialmente a 1ª coleta microbiológica antes do tratamento -Depois ocorrerá a aplicação da técnica de terapia fotodinâmica que consiste nos seguintes passos: a)gotejamento do azul de metileno (0,01%) na b)espera de 5 minutos pra remoção do excesso de fotossensibilizador c) irradiação com laser vermelho cujos parâmetros da luz laser estão descritos abaixo: Comprimento de onda- (nm) 660 Potência(mW) 40 Energia (J/ponto) 3,6 Densidade de energia por ponto(J/cm2) 90 Área do ponto (cm2) 0,04 Tempo por ponto (min) 1,5 Nº de irradiações 1 Nº de pontos irradiados 2 Densidade de potência mW/cm2 1000 -Após esta etapa será realizado a 2ª coleta microbiológica. Grupo 2: número de pacientes que necessitam estar com lesões na pele ou mucosa-(n=30) - Será realizada inicialmente a 1ª coleta microbiológica antes do tratamento -Depois ocorrerá a aplicação da segunda técnica de terapia fotodinâmica que consiste nos seguintes passos: a)gotejamento da curcumina diluída em água destilada na concentração de 1,5g/L. b)espera de 5 minutos pra remoção do excesso de fotossensibilizador c) irradiação com led(luz emissora de diodo) azul cujos parâmetros da luz led estão descritos abaixo: Comprimento de onda (nm):470 Potência(mW): 250 Meio ativo semicondutor: InGaN Área do ponto (cm2):0,04 Tempo por minuto: 1,5 Nº de irradiações 1 Nº de pontos irradiados 2 - Após a aplicação desta técnica será realizada a 2º coleta da lesão para verificar a efetividade da técnica. Para o grupo controle( n = 30)não será realizada nenhum tratamento na lesão, apenas uma coleta microbiológica afim de verificar a quantidade de microrganismos, porém que necessitam estar com lesões na pele ou mucosa. Durante as aplicações, tanto os profissionais, quanto os pacientes usaram óculos de proteção específicos.

  Patients who agree and sign the informed consent form for said disclosure of the case. Patients with known contaminated wounds that need to be treated, whose criteria will be defined by the professional responsible as well as choosing for this therapeutic modality . Patients older than 18 years.

  Patients with underlying diseases such as diabetes and hypertension. Patients known to be immunocompromised as oncological under treatment, HIV positive sera, AIDS patients. Patients who require a systemic medication that is constant or sporadic. In order to evaluate the effect of the therapy first on the repair proposal, it is opted methodologically for its evaluation without intercurrent factors, to in a later study to associate the local effect of the technique in a specific group of patients, even if there were studies in patients under the conditions of the exclusion criteria.

  Pacientes com doenças de base como diabetes e hipertensão. Pacientes sabidamente imunodeprimidos como oncológicos em tratamento, soro positivos para HIV , doentes com Aids. Pacientes que necessitem de medicamento sistêmico constante ou esporádico.Pacientes menores de idade.Para se avaliar inicialmente o efeito da terapia primeiro na proposta de reparo, opta-se metodologicamente por sua avaliação sem fatores de intercorrência, para num estudo posterior associar o efeito local da técnica em grupo específico de pacientes, mesmo existindo estudos em pacientes nas condições dos critérios de exclusão.

Outcomes

• Primary outcomes:

  The expected outcome is the clinical success in the healing of lesions and ulcers, achieving a reduction in the number of microorganisms present in the lesion. Soon after the collection will be done the processing of the sample to count colony forming units (CFU) of two moments, one before and another immediately after the application of photodynamic therapy. The obtained values will pass through appropriate statistical tests that will make the comparison of the percentages of reduction obtained in each group, before and after the application of the technique.

  O desfecho esperado é a obtenção de sucesso clínico na cicatrização de lesões e úlceras, alcançando uma redução no número de microrganismos presentes na lesão. Logo após a coleta será realizado o processamento da amostra para contagem de unidades formadoras de colônias(UFC), de dois momentos, um antes e outro imediatamente após aplicação da terapia fotodinâmica. Os valores obtidos passarão por testes estatísticos apropriados que irão fazer a comparação dos percentuais de redução obtidos em cada grupo, antes e após a aplicação da técnica.
