    Control group: 10 patients will be trated with nystatin for 7 days, 4 times per day. Low Level Laser Therapy group: 10 patients will be treated with Low Level Laser Therapy for 30 days, 3 times per week, and the Antimicrobial Photodynamic Therapy group: 10 patients will be treated with 450 nm blue LED and curcumin photosensitizer for 30 days, 1 time per week.

    Grupo controle: 10 pacientes serão tratados com nistatina por 7 dias, 4 vezes por dia. Grupo Laser de baixa intensidade: 10 pacientes serão tratados com Laser de baixa intensidade por 30dias, 3 vezes por semana.     Patients who were receiving medication for the treatment and prevention of mucositis; unable to comply with the treatment procedure or with the oral hygiene protocol; who leave their group by free decision, during the research period; who modify chemotherapy or radiotherapy protocols in cancer treatment; who have worsening ulcers and, therefore, receive specific medication for mucositis; who are hospitalized due to the worsening of their oncological condition.

                                                        It is expected to find an improvement in the degree of oral mucositis that will be evaluated taking into account a 4-level graduated classification proposed by the World Health Organization (WHO) (I burning, erythema ; II erythema, ulcer, solid diet; III confluence of ulcers, liquid diet; IV oral feeding is not possible, liquid diet). Through digital images obtained before the beginning of the digital camera treatments. For the realization of the digital photographs, a metallic apparatus in order to standardize a distance of 30 centimeters between the camera and the ulcer surface. A millimeter ruler will also be used, which will be photographed together with the wound so that the image of the wound can be adjusted to a scale of actual size by the image analysis program.

                                                        Espera-se encontrar uma melhora no grau das mucosites orais  que será avaliada  levando em conta uma classificação graduada em 4 níveis proposta pela Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS) (I ardência , eritema; II eritema, úlcera, dieta sólida; III confluência de úlceras, dieta líquida; IV alimentação via oral não é possível, dieta líquida). Por meio de imagens digitais obtidas antes do início dos tratamentos com câmera digital. Para a realização das fotografias digitais será confeccionado um aparato metálico com o intuito de padronizar uma distância de 30 centímetros entre a câmera e a superfície da úlcera. Também será utilizada uma régua milimetrada que será fotografada juntamente com a ferida para que a imagem da mesma possa ser ajustada a uma escala de tamanho real pelo programa de análise das imagens.
