  Control group: 55 children with high risk for dental caries will receive preventive dental treatment every 3 months, during 12 months, in sessions of 30 minuts. The parents or guardians will receive instructions on oral hygiene of your sons every return. Test group:55 children with high risk for dental caries will receive preventive dental treatment every 3 months, during 12 months, in sessions of 30 minuts. The parents or guardians will receive instructions on oral hygiene of your sons every return. In addition, they will receive fortnightly on their smartphones an educational-preventive material to assist them in the oral hygiene of their children.

  Grupo controle: 55 crianças com alto risco para cárie dentária receberão tratamento odontológico preventivo a cada 3 meses, durante 12 meses, em sessões de 30 minutos. Os responsáveis pelas crianças receberão instruções quanto a higienização oral de seus filhos a cada retorno. Grupo teste: 55 crianças com alto risco para cárie dentária receberão tratamento odontológico preventivo a cada 3 meses, durante 12 meses, em sessões de 30 minutos.   Improvement of oral hygiene and consequent decrease in bacterial plaque to each quarterly intervention, verified from the decrease of the ICDAS, IPV and IPC indexes.
