  Acoustic neurostimulation by binaural and isochronic beats in a simple randomized manner with a single-blind approach in the distribution of volunteers. With the objective of reducing the probability of systematic errors and providing opportunities for the use of statistical tests, the random allocation of individuals was carried out in a precise way, with the volunteers randomly distributed into four groups of the clinical trial (White noise - control), BBN ( binaural beats), (TISO) isochronic tones and BBN+TISO treated group, with the intended number of patients per group being 12 (n=48). Randomization was performed by a professional not directly involved with the study and responsible for identifying the electronic files, containing the acoustic stimuli according to the stimulation protocol proposed in this study, revealing only the identification of the individual, without identifying the experimental group. (Control, BBN, TISO or BBN+TISO). Randomization was performed in collaboration with researcher Dr. Francisco Cidral, using Research Randomizer software version 4.0 (URBANIAK, G. C., & PLOUS, S. Accessed December 18, 2021 at http://www.randomizer .org/ Sample size: number of volunteers 48, estimated via G-Power software Outcome assessment: Data were collected through neurometric (Electroencephalogram) and predictive psychometric assessments for depression, anxiety and stress (DASS-21) and Pittsburgh sleep pattern study (PSQI), in addition to salivary analysis to detect the concentration of free cortisol. All tests were performed before the beginning of the experimental treatment (T 0) and collected again after the complete treatment (T1)

  Neuroestimulação acústica por batidas binaurais e isocrônicas de forma randomizada simples com abordagem mono cego na distribuição dos voluntários. Tendo como objetivo a redução da probabilidade de erros sistemáticos e oportunizar a utilização de testes estatísticos, a alocação aleatória dos indivíduos foi feita de modo preciso, com os voluntários distribuídos por sorteio em quatro grupos do ensaio clínico (White noise - controle), BBN (batidas binaurais), (TISO) tons isocrônicos e grupo tratado com BBN+TISO, sendo que o número pretendido de pacientes por grupo foi 12 (n=48). A randomização foi realizada por profissional não envolvido diretamente com o estudo e responsável pela identificação dos arquivos eletrônicos, contendo os estímulos acústicos de acordo com o protocolo de estimulação proposto neste estudo, revelando apenas a identificação do indivíduo, sem que houvesse a identificação do grupo experimental (Controle, BBN, TISO ou BBN+TISO). A randomização foi realizada em colaboração com o pesquisador Dr. Francisco Cidral, usando o software Research Randomizer versão 4.0 (URBANIAK, G. C., & PLOUS, S. (2013).   It was observed that the short effects of a program with binaural beats and isochronic tones and/or a mix of the two, cause the phenomenon of brainwave entrainment with the use of standardized and continuous stimulation, making up a non-pharmacological therapy, during a minimum of 21 days, aiming at neural conditioning and neuroplasticity as the basis of neuromodulation of brain physiology and its effects on modulating mood states and well-being emotional.
