This is a clinical study with two groups of patients who underwent surgical correction of Stress Urinary Incontinence with a Retropubic Sling with 40 patients and a Transobturator Sling with 41 patients, at least 5 years ago. Patients will return for a consultation where they will undergo a quality of life questionnaire (UDI-6 and IQOL), PAD test and physical examinations to evaluate the objective cure and subjective cure of urinary incontinence. The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of surgical techniques with Retropubic Sling and Transobturator Sling in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence.

Trata-se de um estudo clínico com dois grupo de pacientes que foram submetida a correção cirúrgica de Incontinência Urinária de Esforço com Sling Retropúbico com 40 pacientes e Sling Transobturador com 41 pacientes, há pelo menos 5 anos. As pacientes retornarão em uma consulta onde serão submetidas a questionário de qualidade de vida (UDI-6 e IQOL), PAD test e exames físico para avaliação da cura objetiva e cura subjetiva da incontinência urinária. O estudo tem o objetivo de avaliar a eficácia e seguranças das técnicas cirúrgicas com Sling Retropúbico e Sling Transobturador no tratamento de incontinência urinária de esfoço.

Inclusion criteria:

Female patients. Age over 18 years old. Absence of associated neurological diseases. Patients previously submitted to surgical treatment to correct urinary incontinence, either by Retropubic Sling or Transobturator Safyre VS® and Safyre T-Plus®. Patients who agree to attend to undergo the proposed procedures

Pacientes do sexo feminino. Idade superior a 18 anos. Ausência de doenças neurológicas associadas. Pacientes previamente submetidas ao tratamento cirúrgico para correção de incontinência urinária seja por Sling Retropúbico ou Transobturador Safyre VS® e Safyre T-Plus®. Pacientes que aceitarem a comparecer para ser submetidas aos procedimentos propostos

Pregnancy. Acute urinary tract infection.Sequelae of high exposure to ionizing radiation
