    Study volunteers will be randomly divided into 4 groups (with n=34, totaling 96 volunteers in the study) and each group will be classified as:
- Right hand grip control group (CD)
-Left hand grip control group (CE)
--- In the two groups above, the palm grip measurement will be performed at baseline and a new measurement will be performed without any contralateral resisted isometric activity.

In addition to these two groups, we will have two more groups, which will be:
-Resisted isometry group and right hand grip (IRPD)
- Intervention group and left hand grip (IRPE)
---In these two groups above, the hand grip will be measured at baseline, use of resisted isometry in the flexion of the index finger at 70% of the CIMV and a new measurement of hand grip.
Only these strength assessment tests will be performed in a single day, with no further contact with the volunteer.

    Os voluntários do estudo serão divididos de forma aleatória em 4 grupos (com n=34 cada grupo, totalizando 96 voluntários no estudo) sendo que cada grupo será classificado como:
-Grupo controle preensão palmar a direita (CD) 
-Grupo controle preensão palmar a esquerda (CE)
--- Nos dois grupos acima, será feita a aferição da preensão palmar na linha de base e nova aferição sem nenhuma atividade isométrica resistida contralateral.

Além destes dois grupos, teremos mais dois grupos, onde serão:
-Grupo isometria resistida e preensão palmar a direita (IRPD) 
-Grupo intervenção e preensão palmar a esquerda (IRPE)
---Nestes dois grupos acima, será feita a aferição da preensão palmar na linha de base, utilização de isometria resistida na flexão do dedo indicador em 70 % da CIMV e nova aferição de preensão palmar.
