  Participants will undergo three weekly interventions until a total of ten visits are made. The consultations will be carried out in about 50 minutes, thus predicted and calculated according to the study groups. There is a measurement of vital signs before and after the intervention. There will be 3 groups of different interventions: 1. Kinesiotherapy group; 2. Kinesiotherapy and TNS group; 3. Kinesiotherapy and electroacupuncture group. Group 1. Kinesiotherapy with 16 participants will go 3 times a week until a total of 10 patients receive an exercise program. with 20-second stretches, then you will do strengthening exercises with your own body weight holding positions for 6 seconds. Group 2. Kinesiotherapy and TNS group will have the same kinesiotherapy program as 1. Kinesiotherapy group plus the application of transcutaneous electrical neuromuscular electrical stimulation (TENS) through a transcutaneous neuromuscular electrical stimulator, from the brand Ibramed, Portable Neurodyn model - 2 Channels - TENS / FES, Anvisa record 10360310012. It will be applied by means of electrodes positioned in the lumbar region next to the vertebrae L1 and L5. It will remain on for 20 minutes. The 3. kinesiotherapy and electroacupuncture group will have the same kinesiotherapy program as the 1. kinesiotherapy group and the application of Electroacupuncture through an electro stimulator for acupuncture, brand Sikuro, model DS100jr, Registration with Anvisa MS n ° 80470920001. Needles will be inserted of acupuncture beside the vertebrae L1 and L5, at the acupuncture points called B22 and B26, these needles will be connected by a cable to the electroacupuncture device. It will remain on for 20 minutes.

  Os participantes serão submetidos a três intervenções semanais até totalizarem dez atendimentos. Os atendimentos serão realizados em torno de 50 minutos, assim previstos e calculados conforme os grupos do estudo. Havendo aferição dos sinais vitais antes e após a intervenção. Serão 3 grupos de intervenções diferentes: 1. Grupo cinesioterapia; 2. Grupo cinesioterapia e TNS; 3. Grupo cinesioterapia e eletroacupuntura. O grupo 1. cinesioterapia com 16 participantes irá 3 vezes por semana até totalizar 10 atendimentos receber um programa de exercícios com alongamentos de 20 segundos, depois fará exercícios de fortalecimento com o peso do próprio corpo mantendo posições por 6 segundos. O grupo 2. Grupo cinesioterapia e TNS terá o mesmo programa de cinesioterapia do 1. grupo cinesioterapia mais a aplicação da eletroestimulação neuromuscular elétrica transcutânea (TENS) através de um eletroestimulador neuromuscular transcutâneo, da marca Ibramed, modelo Neurodyn Portátil - 2 Canais - TENS/FES, registro Anvisa 10360310012. Será aplicado por meio de eletrodos posicionados na região lombar ao lado das vertebras L1 e L5. Permanecerá ligado por 20 minutos. O 3. grupo cinesioterapia e eletroacupuntura terá o mesmo programa de cinesioterapia do 1. grupo cinesioterapia e a aplicação da Eletroacupuntura através de um eletroestimulador para acupuntura, da marca Sikuro, modelo DS100jr, Registro na Anvisa MS n° 80470920001. Haverá a inserção de agulhas de acupuntura ao lado das vertebras L1 e L5, nos pontos de acupuntura chamados B22 e B26, essas agulhas serão conectadas por um cabo ao aparelho de eletroacupuntura. Permanecerá ligado por 20 minutos.

  Pain improvement, through the visual analog scale (VAS). In order to use VAS, the patient must be asked about his / her degree of pain, with zero meaning total absence of pain and ten means the maximum level of pain that can be supported.
