  Treatment group: Sample of 22 volunteers (44 teeth) who have the wisdom. First, the energy flow will be read and the acupuncture regulation will be applied with sterile 0.25x0.30mm disposable needles from the Qizhou brand. The treatment protocol follows the pattern of imbalance presented. Placebo Group: Sample of 22 patients who have already undergone surgery. The energy flow will be read and regulation will be made with acupuncture at points that do not promote energy regulation. We will use the points Liver 7 (F7) Liver 8 (f8) Kidney 4 (R4) and Spleen Pancreas 5 (BP5) Randomization was performed by lottery and the interval between surgeries will be 30 days. Primeiro será realizado leitura do fluxo de energia e aplicará a regulação com acupuntura, com agulhas descartáveis esterelizadas 0,25x0,30mm, da marca Qizhou. O protocolo de tratamento segue o padrão do desequilíbrio apresentado. Grupo Placebo: Amostra de 22 pacientes que já realizaram uma intervenção cirurgia. Será realizado a leitura do fluxo de energia e será feito a regulação com acupuntura em pontos que não promovem a regulação energética. Será utilizado os pontos Fígado 7(F7) Fígado 8(f8) Rim 4(R4) e Baço Pâncreas 5(BP5) A Randomização foi realizada por sorteio e o intervalo entre as cirurgias será de 30 dias.
