    There will be four experimental groups: Group of nutritional counseling and physical exercise accompanied by telephone call stimulus (GANEL - Group I), Group of nutritional and physical exercise counseling with the stimulus of a cellular application (GANEA - Group II), Group of nutritional counseling and physical exercise with stimulus of telephone connection and of a cellular application (GANELA - Group III) and control (GC - Group IV). The intervention will be performed in the 12-week period, and all participants in the groups will receive nutrition and exercise recommendations at the beginning of the study, but with different follow-up.
Group I - 15 people with hypertension who will receive counseling at the beginning, and follow-up during the intervention by professionals in the area of ??nutrition and physical education through telephone / landline calls. Group II - 15 people with hypertension who will receive counseling at the beginning and follow-up through a cellular application containing nutritional and exercise guidelines. Group III - 15 people with hypertension who will receive counseling at the beginning, and follow-up by professionals in the area of ??nutrition and physical education through calls via landline / cellular and by a cellular application. Group IV - 15 people with hypertension who will only receive conventional counseling at the beginning of the intervention, without follow-up during the intervention and after the intervention will be given the folder or the application.

    Haverá quatro grupos experimentais: Grupo de aconselhamento nutricional e de exercício físico acompanhado com estímulo de ligação telefônica (GANEL – Grupo I), Grupo de aconselhamento nutricional e de exercício físico com estímulo de um aplicativo de celular (GANEA - Grupo II), Grupo de aconselhamento nutricional e de exercício físico com estímulo de ligação telefônica e de um aplicativo de celular (GANELA - Grupo III) e controle (GC - Grupo IV). A intervenção será realizada no período de 12 semanas, sendo que todos os participantes dos grupos receberão recomendações nutricionais e de exercício físico no início do estudo, porém com acompanhamento diferenciado.
O Grupo I – 15 pessoas com hipertensão que receberão aconselhamento no início, e acompanhamento durante a intervenção por profissionais da área de nutrição e de educação física por meio de ligações via telefone fixo/ celular. Grupo II – 15 pessoas com hipertensão que receberão o aconselhamento no início e acompanhamento por meio de um aplicativo de celular contendo orientações nutricionais e de exercício físico. Grupo III – 15 pessoas com hipertensão que receberão aconselhamento no início, e acompanhamento por profissionais da área de nutrição e educação física por meio de ligações via telefone fixo/ celular e por um aplicativo de celular. Grupo IV - 15 pessoas com hipertensão que receberão somente o aconselhamento convencional no início da intervenção, sem acompanhamento durante a intervenção e após o término da intervenção receberão o folder ou o aplicativo.

    To have a diagnosis of hypertension; have an age group between 30 and 50 years; accept to participate in the research and sign the Free and Informed Consent; own mobile phone with Android system; has no medical contraindication for the practice of physical activity and must have a medical release certificate.
