  The study will be pre and post intervention. After recruitment, the researcher will contact caregivers of children and adolescents with neuromotor disorders to explain in greater detail the objectives and methods of the study. Caregivers who agree to participate in the study will sign the Free and Informed Consent Term and the Free and Informed Assent Term. We will provide a 12-week physiotherapy telerehabilitation program via WhatsApp video call with the aim of promoting functional gains for children and adolescents. The program will include functional tasks with sensorimotor enrichment, task-oriented training according to the age group and repetition of tasks based on the objectives established by the caregivers together with the therapist. In the first session, 2 objectives will be defined for each component below: gross motor activities focused on physical conditioning, home activities and mobility and transfer activities. The goals will be drawn according to the family and their needs by the Goal Attainment Scale (GAS). In this way, up to 6 activities will be prepared to be carried out. Activities will be individualized according to the needs of each child or adolescent. The program will be provided twice a week synchronously with the therapist via video call lasting approximately 30 minutes and on the other days the activities will be carried out under the supervision of caregivers, totaling 5 weekly sessions. A weekly diary will be completed by caregivers with the activities performed, the duration and repetition of each activity, the adverse effects of any activity and the reason for not carrying out the activities. The objectives outlined according to the GAS will be tested every 2 weeks of the intervention for possible modifications or establishment of new objectives. Once a given activity is learned, task complexity will be increased and task variability introduced. For methodological reasons and the nature of the interventions, it will not be possible to blind the therapists who will carry out the interventions and the study participants (children and adolescents and their caregivers). Two types of evaluators will be part of the study: a) therapists responsible for conducting the evaluations; b) scorers, who are the researchers who will evaluate the scales of the videos. Scorers will be masked to intervention allocation by analyzing coded videos. The statistician will also be blind. The study will encompass a total sample of 17 participants.

  O estudo será pré e pós intervenção. Após o recrutamento, a pesquisadora entrará em contato com os cuidadores de crianças e adolescentes com alterações neuromotoras para explicar em maiores detalhes os objetivos e métodos do estudo. Os cuidadores que aceitarem participar do estudo, irão assinar o Termo de Consentimento Livre e Esclarecido e o Termo de Assentimento Livre e Esclarecido. Iremos fornecer um programa de telerreabilitação de fisioterapia por 12 semanas realizado por videochamada no WhatsApp com o objetivo de promover ganhos funcionais as crianças e adolescentes. O programa incluirá tarefas funcionais com enriquecimento sensório-motor, treinamento direcionado à tarefa de acordo com a faixa etária e repetição de tarefas com base nos objetivos estabelecidos pelos cuidadores em conjunto com a terapeuta. Na primeira sessão, será definido 2 objetivos para cada componente a seguir: atividades motoras grossa focadas no condicionamento físico, atividades domiciliares e atividades de mobilidade e transferência. Os objetivos serão traçados de acordo com a família e suas necessidades pela Goal Attainment Scale (GAS). Dessa forma, será elaborado até 6 atividades para serem realizadas. As atividades serão individualizadas de acordo com a necessidade de cada criança ou adolescente. O programa será fornecido duas vezes na semana de forma síncrona com a terapeuta por vídeochamada com duração de aproximadamente 30 minutos e nos demais dias será orientado a realização das atividades com supervisão dos cuidadores, totalizando 5 sessões semanais. Um diário semanal será preenchido pelos cuidadores com as atividades realizadas, a duração e repetição de cada atividade, os efeitos adversos de alguma atividade e o motivo de não realização das atividades. Os objetivos traçados de acordo com a GAS serão testados a cada 2 semanas de intervenção para possíveis modificações ou estabelecimento de novos objetivos. Uma vez que uma determinada atividade seja aprendida, a complexidade da tarefa será aumentada e a variabilidade da tarefa introduzida. Por questões metodológicas e pela natureza das intervenções, não será possível cegar os terapeutas que realizarão as intervenções e os participantes (crianças e adolescentes e seus cuidadores) do estudo. Farão parte do estudo dois tipos de avaliadores: a) terapeutas responsáveis pela condução das avaliações; b) pontuadores, que são os pesquisadores que irão avaliar as escalas dos vídeos. Pontuadores serão mascarados para alocação da intervenção analisando vídeos codificados. O estatístico também será cego. O estudo englobará uma amostra total de 17 participantes.
