  Group 1: Experimental The experimental group will receive behavioral instructions in additiond to parassacral electrostimulation. Behavioral instructions Behavioral instructions consist of programmed urinations at 3-hour intervals, mild to moderate water intake in the morning and afternoon, avoiding liquids at night especially 2 hours before bedtime, urinating before bedtime, properly sitting in the toilet with trunk slightly flexed forward, hip abduction, elbows supported on knees, and deep and slow breathing. Avoid foods that harm the bladder such as sour fruits, coffee, cola-based soft drinks, teas, spicy foods, and chocolate. Parassacral electrostimulation Parassacral electrostimulation will be applied with adhesive electrodes in the sacral region between S2 and S4. Eight participants will attend once a week sessions during 12 weeks. Firstly, the patient's skin will be cleaned with cotton swab moistened with 70% alcohol. Once the skin is dry, a pair of 5x5cm adhesive electrode will be placed, one in the right sacral region and the other on the left. The device that will be used is a TENS with depolarized current (Quark). The frequency will be set at 10 Hz and 200 ?s. The intensity will be adjusted according to the patient's tolerance to sensory stimuli. Another pair of electrodes will be placed in the region of the posterior tibial nerve of the right lower limb, one electrode between the medial malleolus and the Achilles tendon and the other 10 cm above, being these disconnected from electricity. The duration of electrical stimulation will be 30 minutes. Group 2: Control Group The control group will also receive behavioral instructions such as those of the experimental group in addition to the electrostimulation of the posterior tibial nerve. Electrostimulation of the Posterior Tibial Nerve The electrostimulation of the posterior tibial nerve will be applied with adhesive electrodes, one placed in the region between the medial malleolus of the right leg and the Achilles tendon and the other electrode placed 10cm above. Eight participants will attend once a week sessions during 12 weeks. Firstly the patient's skin will be cleaned with cotton swab moistened with 70% alcohol. Once the skin is dry, the 5x5cm adhesive electrode pair will be positioned. The device that will be used is a TENS with depolarized current (Quark). The frequency will be set at 10 Hz and 200 ?s. Another pair of electrodes will be placed in the sacral region between S2 and S4, which will be disconnected from electricity. The duration of electrical stimulation will be 30 minutes.

  Grupo Experimental O grupo experimental receberá orientações comportamentais adicionado à eletroestimulação parassacral. Orientações comportamentais As orientações comportamentais consistem de micções programadas em intervalos de 3 horas, ingesta hídrica leve à moderada no período da manhã e tarde evitando ao máximo líquidos à noite principalmente 2 horas antes de dormir, urinar antes de deitar para dormir, sentar adequadamente ao vaso sanitário com tronco levemente flexionado para frente com apoio dos cotovelos no joelho, abdução de quadril e respiração profunda e lenta. Evitar alimentos irritativos de bexiga tais como: frutas ácidas, café, refrigerantes a base de cola, chás, comidas apimentadas e chocolate. Eletroestimulação Parassacral A eletroestimulação parassacral será aplicada com eletrodos adesivos na região sacral entre S2 e S4. Serão 8 participantes que irão 1 vez por semana durante 12 semanas. Primeiramente a pele da paciente será limpa com algodão umedecido com álcool a 70%, uma vez a pele seca, coloca-se o par de eletrodo adesivo 5x5cm, sendo um na região sacral direita e outro na esquerda. O aparelho que será utilizado será da marca Quark com corrente despolarizada do tipo TENS. A frequência utilizada será de 10 Hz e 200µs. A intensidade será ajustada de acordo com a sensibilidade da paciente de maneira que fique confortável. Outro par de eletrodo será colocado na região do nervo tibial posterior do membro inferior direito, um eletrodo entre o maléolo medial e o tendão de Aquiles e o outro 10 cm acima, sendo esses desligados de passagem de corrente elétrica. A duração da aplicação da técnica será de 30 minutos. Grupo Controle O grupo controle também receberá orientações comportamentais tais como as do grupo experimental e será adicionado à eletroestimulação do nervo tibial posterior. Eletroestimualção do Nervo Tibial Posterior A eletroestimulação do nervo tibial posterior será aplicada com eletrodos adesivos, um na região entre o maléolo medial da perna direita e o tendão de Aquiles e o outro eletrodo aplicado 10cm acima. Serão 8 participantes que irão 1 vez por semana durante 12 semanas. Primeiramente a pele da paciente será limpa com algodão umedecido com álcool a 70%, uma vez a pele seca, coloca-se o par de eletrodo adesivo 5x5cm. O aparelho utilizado será da marca Quark com corrente despolarizada do tipo TENS. A frequência utilizada será de 10 Hz e 200µs. A intensidade será ajustada de acordo com a sensibilidade da paciente de maneira que fique confortável.   Women with demyelinating disease attended at the Neurology outpatient clinic of Fortaleza General Hospital who report symptoms of the urgency type to urinate; Losing urine before reaching the bathroom; Go often to the bathroom; Raise the night to urinate; Age greater than or equal to 18 years; Present in the expanded scale of the state of disability of kurtzke score less than 6.5 points; Not being a virgin.

  Mulheres com doença desmielinizante atendidas no ambulatório de neurologia do Hospital Geral de Fortaleza que relatem sintomas do tipo urgência para urinar; perder urina antes de chegar ao banheiro; ir muitas vezes ao banheiro; levantar a noite para urinar; ter idade maior ou igual a 18 anos; apresentar na escala expandida do estado de incapacidade de kurtzke escore menor que 6,5 pontos; não ser virgem.

  Reduction of at least 2 points after the end of the intervention in relation to the preintervention stage in the group that received the treatment with superficial electrical stimulation, when compared to the control group verified through the OAB-V8 questionnaire, which evaluates the severity of the irritative symptoms of bladder.
