    Experimental group: 12 individuals with dynamic valgus and excessive foot pronation will receive treatment with a corrective insole with plantar arch elevation, defined by computerized baropodometry. Control group: 12 individuals with dynamic valgus and excessive foot pronation will receive treatment with a common flat insole, without any correction of the plantar arch. The treatments were made available in a randomized way, and use was advised whenever they practice their sports activities, for a period of 12 weeks.

    Grupo experimental: 12 indivíduos com valgo dinâmico e pronação excessiva do pé receberão tratamento com palmilha corretiva com elevação do arco plantar, definida por Baropodometria computadorizada. Grupo controle: 12 indivíduos com valgo dinâmico e pronação excessiva do pé receberão tratamento com palmilha comum, plana, sem nenhuma correção do arco plantar.     Volunteers with age between 12 and 50 years; Active practitioners of sports activities, of an amateur nature, of court sports, which involve jumping or turning in an axial axis on the lower limbs, such as: football, volleyball, basketball, handball and tennis; Have dynamic valgus of at least one of the knees, whether this is dominant or not; Have excessive pronation of at least one of the knees, whether this is dominant or not; Do not have lower limb injuries that prevent them from carrying out the proposed assessments or interventions; Are not undergoing drug or physiotherapeutic treatment for any mechanical dysfunction.

    Voluntários com idade entre 12 e 50 anos; Praticantes ativos de atividades esportivas, de natureza amadora, de esportes de quadra, que envolvam saltos ou giros em eixo axial sobre os membros inferiores, tais como: futebol, voleibol, basquete, handebol e tênis; Possuam valgo dinâmico de, pelo menos, um dos joelhos, seja este dominante ou não; Possuir pronação excessiva de, pelo menos, um dos joelhos, seja este dominante ou não; Não possuam lesões dos membros inferiores que as impeçam de realizar as avaliações ou intervenções propostas; Não estejam realizando tratamento medicamentoso ou fisioterapêutico para qualquer disfunção mecânica.
