  This is a quasi-experimental, comparative and longitudinal clinical trial using the mixed method to be carried out at the UBS located in the Jardim Oásis neighborhood, where two Family Health Strategy teams work in the city of Iguatu, Ceará. The population will consist of pregnant women registered and monitored by the eSF, with a sexual partner and who are at most 18 gestational weeks in the first data collection, with an eSF being drawn for the intervention and another for the control.In the intervention group, group sexual counseling will be applied with 5 meetings of up to 120 minutes, based on the PILSET model, consisting of four elements: (P) Permission: the professional “allows” the patient to express concerns about sexuality, considering physiological aspects of sexual response. This phase aims to demystify taboos and prejudices that may limit sexual activity; (IL) Limited Information: the professional clarifies about the physiology of the sexual response and anatomy of the genitalia, guiding places of greater sensitivity; (SE) Specific Suggestion: changes in sexual behavior are advised and suggested based on the physiology of the sexual response, a change in attitude is advised so that the woman remains positive in the face of negative situations, which will have a positive impact on the marital relationship and sex life; (T) Sexual Therapy: referral of the patient to sexual therapy, with a specialist, in case there are more severe conflicts and in the control group group health education carried out according to the activities of the health education group according to the usual intervention or standard of health education on sexuality and sexual health carried out during prenatal care. An estimated sample of 28 participants will participate in the study, being updated according to the population registered during the data collection period

  Trata-se de estudo ensaio clínico do tipo quase experimental, comparativo e longitudinal com uso do método misto ser realizada na UBS localizada no bairro Jardim Oásis na qual funcionam duas equipes da Estratégia Saúde da Família na cidade de Iguatu, Ceará. A população será composta por mulheres grávidas cadastradas e acompanhadas pelas eSF, com parceiro/a sexual e que estejam no máximo 18 semanas gestacionais na primeira coleta de dados, sendo sorteado uma eSF para a intervenção e outra para o controle.No grupo intervenção será aplicado o aconselhamento sexual grupal com 5 encontros de até 120 minutos, baseado no modelo PILSET constitui-se por quatro elementos: (P) Permissão: o profissional “permite” que a paciente expresse inquietações sobre a sexualidade, considerando aspectos fisiológicos da resposta sexual. Essa fase visa desmistificar tabus e preconceitos que possam limitam a atividade sexual; (IL) Informação Limitada: o profissional esclarece sobre fisiologia da resposta sexual e anatomia da genitália, orientando locais de maior sensibilidade; (SE) Sugestão Específica: aconselha-se e sugerem-se mudanças no comportamento sexual fundamentados na fisiologia da resposta sexual, orienta-se mudança de atitude para que a mulher se mantenha positiva frente a situações negativas, o que repercutirá positivamente na relação conjugal e vida sexual; (T) Terapia Sexual: encaminhamento da paciente para terapia sexual, com especialista, caso haja conflitos mais severos e no grupo controle educação em saúde grupal realizada conforme as atividades de grupo de educação em saúde conforme intervenção usual ou padrão de educação em saúde sobre sexualidade e saúde sexual realizadas durante o pré-natal. Participarão do estudo uma amostra estimada 28 participantes, sendo atualizada conforme a população cadastrada no período de coleta de dados

  Pregnant women monitored by Family Health teams (eSF) during the data collection period; with a sexual partner; age between 20 and 35 years; who are at most 18 weeks gestational on the day of the first intervention

• Exclusion criteria:

  Women accompanied by high-risk prenatal care, whose pregnancy resulted from sexual violence or who experience violence by an intimate partner; who present psychic alteration in the use of medications (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, antipsychotics, antiepileptics, anxiolytics, antidepressants and hypotensives) because they affect the female sexual response (FEBRASGO, 2017); dropouts after starting data collection; reclassification as a high-risk pregnant woman (BRASIL, 2012); missing two or more sessions of the educational intervention; if during the intervention or data collection period the woman gives birth; come to death or miscarriage; or the pregnant woman changes her address in a way that changes the link to the Basic Health Unit (UBS)

  Mulheres acompanhadas na assistência pré-natal de alto risco, cuja gestação resultou de violência sexual ou vivenciem violência por parceiro/a íntimo/a; que apresentem alteração psíquica em uso de medicamentos (inibidores seletivos da receptação da serotonina, antipsicóticos, antiepilépticos, ansiolíticos, antidepressivos e hipotensores) por afetarem a resposta sexual feminina (FEBRASGO, 2017); desistências após início da coleta de dados; reclassificação como gestante de alto risco (BRASIL, 2012); faltar duas ou mais sessões da intervenção educativa; caso durante o período de intervenção ou de coleta de dados a mulher venha a parir; vir a óbito ou abortamento; ou a gestante mude de endereço de forma que altere a vinculação a Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS)
